Playing Music while Charging
- Ensure The Battery is inserted into the SOUNDBOKS battery slot.
- Plug The Charger into the USB-C port on The Battery while it is inserted and connected.
- Turn on your SOUNDBOKS and enjoy your music while it charges.

Q: How long does it take to charge the battery?
A: It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge the battery.
THE CHARGER
Congratulations on reading this. We doubt many people have.
To charge your SOUNDBOKS battery (The Battery):
- Connect the mains cable that fits your local mains connectors to The Charger, and connect it to mains.
- Plug The Charger into the USB-C port on The Battery.
- Enjoy a fully charged Battery after 2 hours of charging. Charge time will be longer if The Battery is being used in the SOUNDBOKS while charging, see below.
To play music while charging your SOUNDBOKS:
- Make sure The Battery is plugged into the SOUNDBOKS battery slot
- Plug The Charger into the USB-C port on The Battery while inserted and plugged in
- Turn up to 11 and enjoy your favorite tunes.

Limited Warranty
SOUNDBOKS WARRANTS (“LIMITED WARRANTY”) THAT THE SOUNDBOKS PRODUCT IS FREE OF
DEFECTS
IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP AT THE TIME OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE BY THE END-
USER (THE “CUSTOMER” OR “YOU”). THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS THE FUNCTIONALITY
OF THE SOUNDBOKS PRODUCT FOR ITS NORMAL, INTENDED USE IN AN ENVIRONMENT AS
SPECIFIED BELOW ONLY AND DOES NOT COVER MALFUNCTIONS THAT RESULT FROM IMPROPER
OR UNREASONABLE USE OR MAINTENANCE AS FURTHER SPECIFIED BELOW IN SECTION 4, AS
WELL AS ANY UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR, NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, OR EXTERNAL CAUSES SUCH
AS ACCIDENTS, ABUSE, OR OTHER ACTIONS OR EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.
This Limited Warranty is issued to the Customer who buys a new SOUNDBOKS
product directly from SOUNDBOKS. This Limited Warranty cannot be assigned or
transferred to any subsequent purchaser or user. Any SOUNDBOKS product
purchased from an authorized retailer is covered by the warranty terms
provided by such authorized retailer. The Limited Warranty is limited to the
repair or replacement of the SOUNDBOKS product at SOUNDBOKS’ discretion, and
neither costs for transportation, removal, nor installation of a SOUNDBOKS
product is covered by this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty extends to
TWO (2) YEARS from the Customer’s original purchase of the SOUNDBOKS product.
If SOUNDBOKS receives, during the applicable warranty period, a valid notice
of a defect of any SOUNDBOKS product covered by SOUNDBOKS’ warranty, for a
list of covered products go to
SOUNDBOKS.com/help. SOUNDBOKS will, at SOUNDBOKS’
option,
- within a reasonable time after being notified of the defect:
- repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
- replace the product.
Response time may vary from country to country and is, among other things, subject to availability of parts, labor, and transport.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND
REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE
DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME U.S. STATES DO NOT ALLOW
LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY
NOT APPLY TO YOU. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE SOUNDBOKS
PRODUCTS SPECIFY THE WARRANTY FOR DEFECTS AND CONFORMITY, AND A POSSIBLE
ADDITIONAL COMMERCIAL WARRANTY, THAT IS GRANTED BY SOUNDBOKS. THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS FOR CONSUMERS (B2C) AND FOR BUSINESS PURCHASERS

SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY IN CASE
THE PRODUCT IS USED FOR RENTAL ACTIVITY. THE RIGHTS UNDER THE RESPECTIVE
WARRANTIES, THEIR CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND REMEDIES ARE SPECIFIED IN THESE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS. WE ADVISE YOU TO READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
CONSUMERS WITH RESIDENCE IN THE EU ARE REMINDED THAT THEY ARE ENTITLED TO A
LEGAL GUARANTEE.
Limitations of Liability
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE
AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT
PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE
LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR
LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT. SOME U.S. STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE
EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE

Disclaimer
Except as provided by the Limited Warranty and to the extent permitted by law, in no event and under no circumstances can SOUNDBOKS, its employees, affiliates, its board of directors, any of and/or the company owners, or its third-party suppliers be held accountable for direct, indirect, special, random, or consequential damages (including but not limited to financial loss, personal damages, and loss of assets and property) whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, hereunder but not limited to direct, indirect, special, random, or consequential damages caused by careless, wrong, and inexpedient usage of the product. SOUNDBOKS needs to, in connection with the aforementioned, draw special attention to the fact that the following actions will exempt SOUNDBOKS from any responsibility:
- Wrongly plugging in the batteries and the speaker
- Prolonged exposure of the SOUNDBOKS product to any form of precipitation
- Submerging any part of the SOUNDBOKS product in any form of liquid
- Using SOUNDBOKS products for other purposes than what they are regularly used for
- Using other chargers than not explictly supported by SOUNDBOKS
- Using other batteries than the ones produced and delivered by SOUNDBOKS
- Unsanctioned modification, rebuilding, or repurposing of any parts of any SOUNDBOKS product, with the exception of the removal and customization of the SOUNDBOKS grill, using the provided too.
USAGE & WARNINGS
Product Care
Cleaning:
Only use dry cloths or brush to clean the product. Storage:
Ensure a dry storage environment with temperatures between 5°C to 20°C.
Maintain:
Disconnect the product from the power outlet and the connected device when it
is not in use.
Disposal
Disposal
This product contains recyclable electronics. To protect
the environment, do not dispose with general household waste, but bring to
appropriate local collection points. SOUNDBOKS packaging material can be
recycled, we recommend to sort parts marked with recycle symbols separately
during disposal.
Intended Use
This device complies with the standards EN & UL 62368-1 and is designed for general purposes, specifically for audio/video and IT equipment. It is not suitable for applications covered by other relevant standards, such as toys or shavers. The device is intended for household and indoor use exclusively and not intended for commercial purposes. Any other use or use under other operation conditions is considered to be improper and may result in personal injury or property damage. No liability will be assumed for damages resulting from improper use.
Warnings
WARNINGS – General:
- If you observe signs of damage like melted plastic, unusually high temperatures, or odors from your device, power it off and contact SOUNDBOKS
- In the event of smoke, burnt smells, or unusual sounds, immediately disconnect the device from the mains or the battery. Do not operate it further and contact SOUNDBOKS.
- Avoid opening the device housing; authorized repairs must be performed by a specialist workshop, using parts corresponding to the original device data
- If water or debris enters the housing, promptly disconnect the main plug, remove the battery, and contact SOUNDBOKS
- Use only accessory products specified by SOUNDBOKS
- Never allow children to operate electrical devices unsupervised
WARNINGS – Charger:
- Read charger instructions before use.
- The power cord and charger are for indoor use only.
- Protect the product from extreme temperatures, hot surfaces, open flames, direct sunlight, water, high humidity, moisture, strong jolts, vapors, and solvents.
- not obstruct ventilation by covering the device with items such as newspapers, table cloths, curtains, etc.
- Avoid carrying the charger by the cable.
- The appliance and the mains-socket must at all times be easily accessible.
- In case of broken cords or plugs the appliance must be disposed.
- Avoid placing open fire sources on or near the charger (e.g. candles or bonfires).
