Product Usage Instructions

Charging Instructions
Charge the Earbuds: Put the earbuds into the charging case for automatic charging. The red LED light indicates charging and turns off when fully charged.
Charge the Charging Box: Use a Micro USB cable connected to a USB charger with DC 5V-1A output.

Earbud Pairing
Initial Pairing: Take out both earbuds simultaneously from the charging case. The LED lights will flash blue and red. Once one LED turns off, both earbuds are ready to pair. Enable Bluetooth on your device and search for ‘swissbrand glow’ to connect.
Re-connection: Earbuds will attempt to re-connect with the last paired device on restart. If not successful, place the earbuds back in the case and try again or
connect manually.

Earbud Button Functions
Refer to the following functions for controlling the earbuds:

  • Power ON/OFF: Press & hold (3s) L/R earbud
  • Play/Pause: Press once L/R earbud
  • Increase Volume: 3x Press R earbud
  • Decrease Volume: 3x Press L earbud
  • Next Track: 2x Press R earbud
  • Previous Track: 2x Press L earbud
  • Voice Assistant: Press & hold (2s) L/R earbud

Answer/End/Reject Incoming Calls:

  • Answer/End: Press once L/R earbud
  • Reject: Press & hold (2s) L/R earbud

CONTROLS

Charge the earbuds
Put the earbuds into the charging case, the earbuds will be charged automatically. The red status LED light will be on during charging and will turn off when fully charged.

Charge the charging box
Use a Micro USB cable connected to a USB charger (DC 5V-1A)

The Steps for dual earbud pairing (First use only)
Take out both earbuds from the charging case at the same time. The LED light on both earbuds will be flashing blue and red. One of the earbuds LED will turn off after 2 seconds. This means that both earbuds are ready to pair. Turn on the Bluetooth on your device and search for a new device then select “swissbrand glow” to connect.

How to re-connect
The earbuds will automatically try to reconnect with the last paired device after restarting. If not put the earbuds back into charging case and try again, or connect manually.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The smartphone cannot find the wireless earbuds

Check if earbuds are powered on and flashing red and blue alternately. If not found, restart both earbuds and Bluetooth search on the phone.

Issues while using the wireless earbuds

To troubleshoot issues, reconnect with the smartphone after powering on and restarting the earbuds. Ensure proper charging by observing the red LED indicator in the charging box.

Wireless earbuds disconnect or make noise when connected to smartphone

If experiencing disconnection or noise, recharge the earbuds. Avoid obstructions between the device and earbuds, maintain signal stability, and keep devices in the same direction.

The smartphone cannot find the wireless earbuds

Check whether the earbuds power is switched on or not. Does the status LED light flash red and blue alternatively? If the wireless earbuds still haven't been found after switching power on, please restart both the earbuds and the bluetooth search on your phone.

There is something wrong with the wireless earbuds while using them

Please try to re-connect with the smartphone after turning it on and restarting the earbuds. Check the charging status of the earbuds by putting them into the charging box until the red LED indicator is on. Then take them out and let them try to re-connect with your device.

The wireless earbuds always disconnect or make noise when connected to smartphone

The wireless earbuds power status is low, please re-charge it. There is an obstruction between the mobile device and the wireless earbuds, or the wireless distance is beyond the signal range. Please do not cover the wireless earbuds with your hands in order to maintain the continuous stability of the signal. Try to keep the wireless earbuds and the smartphone in the same direction.
