Before you begin. A minimum of two people are required to assemble the ORIN Bed.

1. Place the two cardboard boxes flat in the designated position, check if the boxes are intact and free from damage.

2. Carefully use tools to open the outer and inner packaging, gather and store the removed packaging materials for disposal.

3. Place all unpacked accessories in a centralized location,check the quantity and completeness of all product accessories, and prepare for installation.

Please prepare the following installation tools:
2mm and 5mm Allen Wrenches, 13mm Hex Wrench

1. Place the bed frame flat in the designated position, ensure the bed frame is stable, and cut the three black cable ties
   

2. Remove the outer non-woven fabric protection, with the mattress bottom facing up, use the 13mm Allen wrench to remove all nuts and store them properly.

3. Begin installing the mattress,use the 2mm Allen wrench to install the left and right side retainer.

4. Align the screws with the holes and insert them downward into the designated holes. There are a total of 7 holes for the two mattresses combined.

5. Use your hands or an external hexagonal wrench, or professional power tools, to tighten the washers and nuts upwards (not too tightly).

6. Place the mattress on the bed frame, connect the air tube and power cord, and check for tightness
   

7. After completing the wiring in step 3-4, Cut the yellow protective rope as packaging material.

8. Align the headboard and footboard with the standard slots, insert them fully, and ensure they are installed steadily without any tilting.
   

9. Align the left and right bed sideboards with the standard slots, gently insert them, and ensure they are laid flat for use. To disassemble, press and hold the semicircular metal lock button, then gently remove the sideboard in the direction indicated.
   

Completing Installation

After installation, please connect the power supply. If the green indicator light on the remote control is flashing, it indicates that the ORIN bed is charging normally.
Once the charging is complete, the light will automatically turn off.

After raising the backrest using the hand controller, you can remove the yellow shock- absorbing sponge manually.
