Product Usage Instructions
- Installation:
- Scan the QR code or download the eco4life app from the Google Play store (Android) or Apple Store (iOS).
- Follow the instructions to create an account for eco4life.
- Power on the LED Light Strip and use eco4life to add the device.
- Press the “Add Device” icon in the middle of the app.
- Choose the LED strip icon from the app.
- Follow the instructions in the app to connect the device.
FAQs
- Q: Can the LED Light Strip be connected to a 5G network?
- A: The LED Light Strip only supports 2.4 GHz frequency. If your router supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies, make sure to connect to the 2.4 GHz network.
- Q: Can the LED Light Strip be shared with multiple accounts?
- A: Each smart home device can only be registered to one account, but it can be shared with others by using the sharing function of the app.
EASY INSTALLATION
The Smart home device only supports 2.4 GHz frequency. If your router supports both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz frequency. The 5G network is usually labeled as “Router- 5G” so please connect to the other one. Each smart home device can only be registered to one account, but it can be shared with others by using the sharing function of the app.
- Scan the QR code or download the “eco4life” app by searching “eco4life” app from the Google Play store(Android) or Apple Store(IOS).
- Follow the instructions to create an account for eco4life.
- Power the LED Light Strip on and use eco4life to add a device.
- Press the “Add Device” icon in the middle of the app.
- Choose the “LED strip” icon from the app. (See image 1)
- Follow the instructions in the app to connect the device. (See image 2)
