To connect the mouse
2.4 GHz
- Remove the bottom cover of the mouse and remove the USB receiver, then connect it to any USB port on your computer.
- The computer will automatically recognize and install the mouse drivers.
- Use the button H to switch to the first position. When the mouse is connected, the indicator will flash white.
- When the setup is complete, the mouse is ready to use.
Bluetooth
- To pair the mouse via Bluetooth®, press the button H for about 3 seconds. When the mouse LED light starts flashing green or blue, the mouse is in Bluetooth® pairing mode.
- Turn on Bluetooth® on your computer and search for available Bluetooth® devices.
- Select the mouse from the list of displayed devices (name: BT Mouse), then pair the devices by following the instructions displayed on the screen.
- When the mouse LED light stops flashing, the mouse has been successfully paired with your computer via Bluetooth® and is ready for use.
Change of DPI
Use the button D to change the DPI resolution. The selected resolution will be
shown by the indicator L.
Changing Windows/Mac systems. Restoring factory settings
To change the system, press the button on the bottom of the mouse k The system
selection will be shown by the indicator D:
- Double backlight – Windows.
- Triple backlight – MacOS 1.
- Quadruple backlight – MacOS 2.
- To restore the mouse to factory settings, press the button for 5 seconds.
Note! We recommend you to charge the mouse via the USB port on your computer. Using a fast charger may permanently damage your mouse.
Troubleshooting
- If the mouse does not work, first make sure the receiver is properly connected to the computer or try to connect it to a different USB port.
- If the mouse does not work when connected via Bluetooth®, make sure both the mouse and Bluetooth® on your computer are turned on. You can also try to solve the problem through the operating system.
- If the mouse moves slowly, the indicator skips or your mouse movements are delayed, try using a different surface. The mouse may not function properly on dark, dirty, uneven or light surfaces. We recommend you to use a mouse pad. If the indicator I lights up twice, it may indicate a low battery level.
