Acupressure Mat

Beginners: Place the mat and the pillow on a soft surface, such as a sofa or a recliner. Lie down on the mat without clothes, so your skin makes direct contact with the plastic spikes. Feel free to bring your phone, tablet, or a good book and stay lying down for 10-15 minutes.

Advanced: Have you already gained some experience? For advanced users, the same applies as for beginners, however, it is recommended for advanced users to stay lying down for 20-45 minutes.

Experts: People who have already gained considerable experience using the acupressure mat can lay the mat on a hard surface. This will further stimulate the back and neck with the plastic spikes. Rest assured: the spikes are not sharp enough to penetrate the skin.

Trigger point balls

  1. Is there a muscle that needs more attention? Then the trigger point balls are a perfect addition! Place the ball on the ground and let your body weight press the ball against the muscle group. Move slowly and carefully to direct the ball to different points of tension.
  2. Spend about 1-3 minutes on each problem area. Breathe deeply and try to relax while the ball does its work.
  3. Stay lying on the acupressure mat for a while after you’re done with the trigger point ball to give your body time to relax and recover.
