Product Usage Instructions

• Before You Start
  Ensure you have downloaded the Hyperice App, registered your device, and activated your warranty at hyperice.com/register-product. Read the Operating Instructions before first use

• Charging
  Plug in your Normatec Elite using the provided Hyperice power supply until all five white battery status LEDs are illuminated and solid to indicate a full charge.

• Putting on Your Normatec Elite
  Wear the Normatec Elite over comfortable clothing ensuring empty pockets and no fabric bunches. Sit, recline, or lie down in a comfortable position and zip up the boots completely before use.

• Powering Up
  Turn ON the Normatec Elite by pressing the power (ON/OFF) button for one second until the display and battery level indicator illuminate.

• Adjusting Settings
  Choose pressure level and treatment time by pressing the respective buttons. Use ZoneBoostTM to increase intensity in specific zones during the session.

• Starting and Ending Your Session
  To start, pause, or restart your session, use the Start/Stop button. Allow boots to deflate before unzipping after the session ends.

• Caring for Your Normatec Elite
  Clean the device with a damp cloth when powered OFF and store it in a clean, cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

• Using HyperSyncTM
  To unpair devices, press and hold the Start/Stop button until devices read Unpaired! To pair devices, turn on both units and press and hold Start/Stop buttons until both devices show Paired!

• How do I know when my Normatec Elite is fully charged?
  All five white battery status LEDs will be illuminated and solid when the device is fully charged.

Before you start

• Download the Hyperice App
• Get the most out of your Normatec Elite, or any Hyperice device with the Hyperice App. Remotely stop and start, adjust pressure level and time, and access advanced features and extra customization. Simply open the app to automatically connect to your device. Bluetooth® connection indicator will illuminate when connection is successful.
• Register your device
• Activate your warranty and ensure easy returns, repairs, or refunds at hyperice.com/register-product.
• Please read the Operating Instructions before first use.

Charge your new Normatec Elite

• Plug in your Normatec Elite with the provided
• Hyperice power supply. Full charge is indicated when all five white battery status LEDs are illuminated and solid.

Start your session

• Putting on your Normatec Elite
  The Normatec Elite can be worn over any comfortable clothing. Make sure your pockets are empty, and there are no bunches of fabric that will be uncomfortable during your session. Find a comfortable position sitting, reclining, or lying down, and put the Normatec Elite on be sure to zip up them completely. Never try to use the system with the zipper partially or totally unzipped.

• Powering up

  • Turn your Normatec Elite ON by pressing the power (ON/OFF) button. Hold for one second until display and battery level indicator illuminates.

• Adjusting pressure level

  • Choose your desired pressure by pressing once per level. The number on the display adjacent to the button indicates the current level.

• Adjusting treatment time

  • Choose your treatment time by pressing once per level (increments of 15 minutes). The numbers on the display adjacent to the button indicates the current setting.

• Adding ZoneBoost™

• During your session, you can increase the intensity of a single zone with the ZoneBoost feature, when you want extra attention in a specific area. To boost a zone press the ZoneBoost button until the display shows the number of the zone you want to boost.

• Start your session

• To start your session, press the Start/Stop button. To pause the session at any time, press the Start/Stop button. To restart your paused session, press the  Start/Stop button again.

• Ending your session

• When your session has ended and treatment has stopped, allow the boots to deflate for 5-10 seconds before unzipping to prevent zipper damage.

• Caring for your Normatec Elite
  Make sure the power is OFF and the power supply is not attached. Use a damp, clean cloth to gently wipe your device. Store in a clean, cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight, when not in use.

• Using HyperSync™

  • Unpair devices
    Devices arrive paired, to unpair them press and hold the Start/Stop button on either device until the device screen reads “Unpaired!” and the HyperSync™ pairing indicator light is no longer illuminated.

• Pair devices
  Turn on both devices. Press and hold Start/Stop button on either control unit until the display screen says “Paired!” Press and hold the Start/Stop button on the other device until both devices say “Paired!” and the HyperSync™ pairing indicator light is illuminated.
