Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Account Creation

• Scan the QR code to create your account and purchase your subscription.

Step 2: App Download

• Download the app and sign in using the credentials created during the account setup.

Step 3: Installation

1. Select + Add Device on the Inventory Page and choose an Asset Type.
2. Select Sensor Type & Length and proceed to the next step.
3. Choose tank orientation (Vertical, Horizontal, or Square) and enter asset dimensions.
4. Name your Asset and proceed to the next step.
5. Initiate the activation process by placing your phone flat on the QR code/NFC icon on the device for about a minute.
6. Wait for the NFC connection confirmation and follow any on-screen instructions.
7. Attach the sensor cable to the device securely by aligning the white dots and rotating the lock nut clockwise.
8. Clip on the protective cover by hooking in the antenna side first.
9. Securely fasten the device to your tank using tech screws.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does it take for the installation to be completed?

A: The installation is now complete once you have attached the sensor cable, clipped on the protective cover, and secured the device. It will take approximately 24 hours for its first reading.

Q: Can magnets or phone cases interfere with the NFC activation process?

A: Yes, it is recommended to remove phone cases or any magnets during NFC activation as they may interfere with the process.

APP INSTRUCTION

• IMPORTANT!
• Steps 1 and 2 require access to Wi-Fi or mobile data. Once activated, your device will only use a cellular connection.
• Remove your phone case or any magnets as these will interfere with the NFC activation.

Step 1 Create your account

• Scan the QR code to create your account and purchase your subscription.

• Sign in using the credentials that you created during the account and subscription setup.

Usage Instructions

1. On the Inventory Page, select the + ‟Add Device” and select an ‟Asset Type”.
2. From the dropdown menu select ‟Sensor Type & Length” and tap ‟Next”
3. Select the tank orientation Vertical, Horizontal, or Square.
4. Enter the asset dimensions for height (Depth) to the overflow and Diameter in Meters, then the Total Volume in Litres.
5. Name your Asset. Tank ‟Next”.
6. Select ‟Start”. Place your phone flat on the QR code/NFC icon on the left side of the device for approx. 1 minute. You will feel a vibration when the NFC connection is made.
   • Do not move your phone. iPhone users will see several pop-ups – do not move your phone until you see the message ‟Device NFC Operation Succeeded”. Next, you will be prompted to take a photo of the tank.
   • This message will show on the screen when activation is successful.
7. Attach the sensor cable to the device by lining up the white dots.
   • Push firmly, then rotate the lock nut clockwise until it cannot rotate further.
   • Note: Test that it is affixed properly by pulling on the cable.
   • Clip on the protective cover to the device by hooking in the antenna side first.
   • Note: The O-ring is not required unless you are fitting the device into a 2” BSP point.
   • Climb the tank, taking the activated device, parts, and tools (if required).
   • If your tank comes pre-fitted with a BSP fitting, lower the sensor cable to the bottom of the tank and simply screw in the device onto the BSP fitting then tighten it into position.
   • If your tank does not have a BSP fitting, you’ll need to drill a hole on the roof of your tank large enough for the cable sensor to go through – ensure to smoothen the edges.
   • Once you’ve lowered the sensor cable, simply attach the metal bracket directly to your tank using the tech screws.
   • The installation is now complete.
   • It will take approximately 24 hours for its first reading.
