Parameter of Technology
Conveyance and Preservation
During transport, handle the sausage machine with care toprevent violent
vibrations. Avoid prolonged exposure to open air; store the machine in a well-
ventilated, non-corrosive warehouse.
Usage Attention
- Ensure the equipment’s voltage matches the power supply in your area.
- Equip the machine with a suitable electrical outlet and fuse nearby. All electrical connections must meet safety standards.
- Electric connections, installation, and maintenance should be performed by a certified electrician.
Glass Cover Fixing
- Remove the hot dog machine, glass cover, and left and right boards from the carton.
- Attach the glass to the right board using bolts, then attach the left side as well.
- Place the assembled glass cover on the machine body and secure it with bolts at the appropriate locations.
Usage Instruction
- Apply a small amount of edible plant oil to both ends of the moving roller before use to ensure smooth operation.
- Turn on the power switch.
- The front panel of the machine features two switches that control two sets of rollers. Use one or both switches based on your needs and the quantity of hot dogs.
- First, adjust the temperature to the desired setting. The heating indicator light will illuminate and turn off when the set temperature is reached. If the temperature drops after some time, the heating indicator light will come back on, indicating the heater is working to maintain the set temperature. This circular operation saves energy and ensures consistent hot dog quality.
- Turn off the power switch after use.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Always turn off the power before cleaning and maintenance.
- The roller surface is coated with a non-stick layer. Use a wooden scoop or cloth for cleaning to avoid damaging this coating.
- Do not clean the roller with water, as it may damage the machine.
