PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE.

INTRODUCTION, REQUIREMENTS AND SAFETY

  • When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury.
  • Plug warmer into a grounded outlet with correct voltage and sufficient power capacity. Refer to the product label (serial plate) on the warmer for voltage and wattage requirements.
  • Clean machine thoroughly before and after each use following the cleaning instructions provided below.
  • WARNING! All power must be disconnected at power source before any service procedure is performed.
  • WARNING! This electrical appliance contains a heating function surfaces, also different than the functional surfaces, can develop high temperatures. Since temperatures are differently perceived by different persons, this equipment shall be used with CAUTION. The equipment shall be touch only at intended handles and gripping surfaces, and use heat protection like gloves or similar. Surfaces other than intended gripping surfaces shall get sufficiently time to the cool down before getting touched.
  • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
  • Children shall not play with the appliance.
  • Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision
  • This appliance is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Keep combustible materials, such as drapes and other fumishings, away from appliance.
  • Extreme caution is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children and whenever the appliance is left unattended.
  • Always unplug appliance when not in use and before cleaning, adjusting or maintaining this machine. To disconnect appliance, tum switch off and remove plug from power source.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, after the appliance malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged. Return appliance to an authorized service facility for examination, electrical or mechanical adjustment o repair.
  • Do not use outdoors. This appliance is not intended for wet or moist locations. Never locate appliance where it may fall into water.
  • Connect to properly grounded outlets only. Avoid the use of extension cords. Do not run cord under carpeting, runners or the like. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not create a tripping hazard.
  • Topreventa possible fire, it is recommended that the unit is placed on a non-combustible surface.
  • This appliance has electrical parts. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, o flammable liquids are used or stored.

PREPARATION

  1. Set the unit on a flat surface.
  2. Insert the Supporter Arm into the Stand.
  3. Adjust the Supporter to appropriate height and insert the screw to fix the height.
  4. Install bulbs with the appropriate wattage rating as indicated on the warmer.

OPERATION

  1. Plug cord into grounded electrical outlet of the correct voltage. Electrical shock can occur if appliance is not grounded
  2. Place food products in a pan, located directly under the bulbs for best results.
  3. Turn unit off when not in use.
  4. To disconnect appliance, tumen switch off and remove plug from power source.

CLEANING

NOTE: Proper maintenance plays an important part in the life span and functioning of the warmer.

  1. Unplug the cord and let warmer cool before cleaning or moving.
  2. This unit can be cleaned with a damp sponge and mild soap. Rinse with clean water and wipe dry.
  3. Do not immerse in water or other liquid.

MAINTENANCE

Bulb Replacement

NOTE: Each standard heat lamp is suitable for use with clear or infrared heat lamp bulbs rated at or below 250 watts.

  1. To replace a bulb, place the switch in the OFF position and allow the bulb to cool completely.
  2. Bulbs have a threaded base; unscrew the bulb counterclockwise from the unit and replace with a new bulb.

FOR SAFE AND PROPER OPERATION, DO NOT INSTALL A BULB BEYOND 250 WATTS INTO THE UNIT.

CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THIS PRODUCT

This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed with other household wastes throughout the EU. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this product for environmental safe recycling.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

The manufacturer provides warranty in accordance with the legislation of the customer’s own country of residence, with a minimum of 1 year (Germany: 2 years), starting from the date on which the appliance is sold to the end user.
The warranty only covers defects in material or workmanship.
The repairs under warranty may only be carried out by an authorized service center. When making a claim under the warranty, the original bill of purchase (with purchase date) must be submitted.

The warranty will not apply in cases of:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect use, e.g. overloading of the appliance, use of non-approved accessories
  • Use of force, damage caused by external influences
  • Damage caused by non-observance of the user manual, e.g. connection to an unsuitable mains supply or non-compliance with the installation instructions
  • Partially or completely dismantled appliances
