SAFETY INFORMATION
Please read this manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference. The manufacturer declines any liability for damage caused by improper use or failure to follow the instructions in this manual. Improper use or non- compliance with the instructions will void the warranty.
- This appliance is intended for use by children 8 years of age and older and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe manner and understand the potential hazards. Children must not play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be done by children without supervision.
- The digital kitchen scale is intended for household use only.
- Have all repairs carried out by a specialized service! Do not disassemble the scale or remove any components.
- The scale is intended for weighing food or liquids.
- The scale must be placed on a flat, hard and stable surface (otherwise the weighing would be inaccurate).
- Do not subject the scale to shocks, vibrations or drop it on the floor.
- Handle the scale carefully to avoid damage.
- Pets must not be weighed on the scale.
- Do not immerse the scale in water or any other liquid.
- Do not keep household items on the scale. When not using the scale, make sure the surface is free of foreign objects.
- Keep the scale clean. Follow the cleaning instructions in this manual. Do not wash the scale in running water.
Notes regarding batteries
- When inserting batteries, follow the polarity markings in the battery space.
- Do not throw the batteries in a fire. Do not short-circuit, disassemble or damage the batteries.
- Always replace the entire set of batteries at once. Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.
- Replace empty batteries in time to prevent electrolyte leakage.
- Remove batteries in periods of prolonged disuse.
DISPOSAL OF USED BATTERIES
Batteries contain materials harmful to the environment. Do not dispose of
batteries in a regular community waste. Dispose of used batteries properly at
collection points.

USE
Before first use
- Unpack scale and accessories. Before disposing of packaging, make sure no components are left inside. Check scale and accessories for damage.
- Wipe outer surface with soft sponge moistened in warm water.
- Wash the bowl in warm water with a small amount of detergent; rinse and wipe dry.
- Remove insulator foil from battery contacts, otherwise scale will not function.
- If the scale cannot be switched on, check that the batteries are inserted or that the batteries are not discharged. Insert the batteries or replace the batteries with new ones.
Inserting/replacing batteries
- Open the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the scale.
- Remove empty batteries; use a suitable tool if necessary.
- Insert new batteries. Observe the correct polarity, which is marked on the bottom of the battery compartment. Attach cover plate and press down until it clicks into place.
Basic weighing

Place the scale on an even, firm and stable surface.

Before turning on the scale, place kitchen bowl (if you wish to use one) on the weighing area.

Press ZERO to turn on the scale.

Wait until “0“ is displayed.

Place the object to be weighed on the scale (or in the bowl); the display will show its measured weight.
Weighing mode selection -
Press ZERO to turn on the scale. Wait until “0“ is displayed.

Repeatedly press MODE to select weighing mode:
- for weight measurement (units are g)
- for water volume measurement (units are ml)
- for milk volume measurement (units are ml)
Top up and Tara functions
These features allow you to weigh ingredients gradually added onto the scale,
without removing the previously weighed ones.
- Place the first batch on the scale; its weight will appear on the display.
- Press ZERO to set display value to zero.
- Now, more ingredients can be added. The display will show the weight of the new ingredients.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 with more ingredients as necessary.
Top up: If the total sum of the weights of all batches on the scale is
less than 200 g, the topping-up function will be used automatically. The scale
resets after each keypress. On each press of ZERO, the display will show “ —–
“ or “0“. „ —– “ means the scale plate is unstable; wait a moment for “0“ to
show. Once “0” is displayed, an “O” icon will also come on to the left of the
display, signifying the top up function is active. Maximum load capacity does
not change.
Tara: If the total sum of the weights of all batches on the scale is more
than 200 g, the TARA function will be used automatically. On first press of
ZERO, the total weight / volume of all items will be displayed. On second
press of ZERO, the scale will reset to zero, after which you may continue
weighing. The display will show “ —– “ or “0“. „ —– “ means the scale plate is
unstable; wait a moment until “0“ shows. Once “0” is displayed, a “T” icon
will also come on at top left of the display, signifying the Tara function is
active. Maximum load will be reduced by the total weight of all current items.
Switching weighing units
Press UNIT on the underside of the scale to switch between metric (g / ml) and
imperial (lb:oz / fl’oz) units of measurement. When the scale switched on,
press the button. The display shows the currently used unit of measurement.
Press the button again to change the unit.
- When metric is selected, the default units are “g“ and “ml“.
- When imperial is selected, the default units are “lb:oz“ and “fl’oz“.
Turning off the scale
The scale will automatically turn off after 2 minutes of inactivity.
Error messages on the display
- Overload. If you load the scale more than the permissible limit, this error message will appear on the display. Reduce the load to prevent damage to the scale.
- Low battery warning. Insert a new battery according to the instructions above.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Use a damp cloth to clean the scale, keeping water from getting inside. DO NOT use chemical/abrasive cleaning agents.
- Do not immerse the scale in water!
- Clean all plastic parts immediately after contact with greasy substances, spices, vinegar or flavorings. Avoid splashing sour citrus juice on the scale!
- Always keep the scale in a horizontal position.
Storage
- Store the scale in a safe, dry place.

waste disposal service provider, or the shop where you purchased the item.
