  • The foot control should only be used with the above-mentioned device.

NAIL DRILLS

  • Drill dimensions: 2.35 mm (ISO7785-2 TYP 2)
  • Minimum drill assembly length: 10mm

After closing the drill bit in the holder, it should protrude no more than 35 mm.

  • Use drill bits that conform to ISO standards.
  • Avoid using rusty, bent or damaged drill bits as they can cause excessive wear on the machine and bearings.
  • Maintain the safe operating speed of the device specified by the manufacturer and follow the safety rules.
  • Any defects or excessive vibration should be checked first at a low rotation speed and then increased.
  • Change the speed of rotation of the control device gradually.
  • Use an appropriate power source for the control device.
  • Disconnect the machine from the power supply when changing drill bits.
  • Be careful not to let the cutter head fall. It may damage or destroy it. If the head is dropped, check that the drill bit has not been bent and carefully check that the head does not overheat during operation.
  • If you have any problems with the printhead, do not use it until it has been repaired.
  • Do not connect the device to the power supply with the handle open, as this may short-circuit the motor.
  • Make sure the machine is turned off before connecting to the power supply to avoid injuries due to sudden start of the milling machine.
  • The milling machine has an automatic switch that protects the engine against damage. It starts when the engine is too heavily loaded. Work only within the permissible loads of the milling machine.
  • Do not open the handle while the device is running!
  • After work, store the head with the drill inserted in it.
  • Do not put the printhead down until it stops completely.
  • Make sure to unplug the device before moving it.
