Instructions

Getting started
The earphones are turned on automatically when you take them out from the charging case. A “Power On” message is heard, and the LED STATUS INDICATORS flash green. In addition, attaching the earphones to the charging case turns off the earphones automatically, and their charging starts. To power ON/OFF manually, press and hold the MULTI-FUNCTION buttons for 2-3 seconds to turn them on or off.

When turning off the earphones, a “Power OFF” message is heard, and the LED STATUS INDICATORS flash red.

The ESP-350 earphones use a master-slave system. The R earbud is the master and it needs to be taken out of the case first. If L is taken out first it will act as a separate BT mono-Earphone.
Notes:
20 seconds after the earphones are turned on, the left and right earphones will be automatically paired. Auto power ON/OFF does not work when the charging case is not charged. When this occurs, turn the power ON or OFF manually.

TWS

About the True Wireless Stereo (TWS)
The ESP-350 earphones are True Wireless Stereo (TWS). Therefore the transmission is completely wireless and without any cable linking the left channel to the right.
Note:
You can use each earphone individually (mono), as well as in pairs (stereo).

Using the Earphones

Bluetooth pairing
When you use the earphones for the first time, follow the procedure below to pair them:

  1. Turn on the earphones automatically by taking them out from the charging case, or you can also turn them on manually; then a “Pairing mode” message will sound, and LED STATUS INDICATOR on the left earphone flashes green slowly, while red and green indicators flash quickly on the right earphone. This means that the earphones are already searching for another Bluetooth device to pair.
  2. Turn on the Bluetooth function of your smartphone, search the Bluetooth devices list and select AIWA ESP-350.
Enter the code “0000” if needed.

Using the Earphones

3. If the device is paired successfully, the LED STATUS INDICATORS will flash green slowly, and a voice prompt “connected” will notify that the device is connected.
Having succesfully paired, the device will be automatically connected to the earphones the next time.
Notes:
The earphones are turned off if no device is paired for more than 3 minutes.
If the earphone will not start pairing, turn on the right earphone from a power-off state by holding down the multi-function button and continue to press the button for 4 seconds.

Disconnecting the Bluetooth device
To disconnect the currently paired device, turn on the right earphone from the off position, holding down the MULTI-FUNCTION button for 4 seconds. When you do this you will hear “Bluetooth pairing”, the LED STATUS INDICATORS will flash green and red rapidly and the earphones will return to their pairing status.
Clearing the paired device list of the earphone
Place the earbuds in the EARBUDS CHARGING PORT. Press and hold the MULTI- FUNCTION button for 6 seconds. The LED STATUS INDICATOR lights of each earbud will flash and turn orange deleting the list of stored devices.

Once your device and the earphone are connected, you can listen to the music through Bluetooth.

  • Use your device to adjust the volume level.
  • To play or pause the playback, press the MULTI-FUNCTION button once.
