OVERVIEW

USING YOUR HUB

Installing the hub
Plug the 7-Port Type-C Hub into a USB Type-C port on your Type-C Notebook.
Uninstalling the hub
To remove the 7-Port Type-C Hub, unplug the hub from your Type-C Notebook.
Charging your devices
Make sure that your computer is turned on in order to charge your devices and use the ports.

TROUBLESHOOTING

My computer does not detect the hub

Unplug and plug the 7-Port Type-C Hub in again
Make sure that the Type-C female and hub Type-C plugs are not damaged.
Connect to another set of Type-C ports.

My computer does not detect the SD Card or Micro SD Card

The hub cannot read cards with capacities greater than 2TB.
Make sure that the card is not locked.
Make sure that the card slot is not damaged and that the card is inserted as shown by the icon on the card.

My computer does not detect the hard drive

Make sure that the hard drive is not damaged, then plug it in again.

My computer does not detect the HDMI video output

Make sure that the HDMI monitor is operating normally.
Make sure that the HDMI slot is not damaged, then plug it in again.

My display does not show 4K content

You need a display that supports 4K resolutions and you need 4K content on your source device.

My computer does not have an internet connection

Check the ethernet port to make sure that the ethernet cable is plugged in and working normally.
Make sure that the website is set correctly.

My network speed is not 1 Gbps

Your internet service must provide 1 Gbps.

My computer is not providing power to the hub

Make sure that all cables are connected correctly.
Make sure that your device is turned on.
