Bluetooth Connection
- To set the headphones to pairing mode, press and hold the play/pause button for 2 seconds until it powers on, continue holding for another 3 seconds and it will enter the pairing mode. This will be shown on the LED indicator which will alternate flashing between blue and red. (Headphones will power off after 5 minutes if Bluetooth connection is not detected)
- Activate Bluetooth on your phone (or other devices) and set it to search for new devices. iOS Settings > Bluetooth > On Android Settings > Bluetooth: On > Scan for devices
- Select “BLUANCM2B” If necessary, enter four zeros (0000) for pass code and accept connection. Once successfully paired, the headphones LED indicator should be flashing blue.
• Two Phones/Devices Connection: Your headphones can pair with two devices
simultaneously. After connecting to Phone/Device A, turn off the headphones
and Bluetooth connection on Phone/Device A. Then restart the headphones and
pair it with Phone/Device B while maintaining the connection with Phone/Device
B.
Finally, open up the Bluetooth settings again on Phone/Device A and select
“BLUANCM2B” in the menu.
Note: The headphones will play music only from one device even if two devices
are successfully connected at the same time.
• Wired connection:Use the included audio cable to connect. (Bluetooth turns
off automatically. Battery, buttons, ANC and microphone will stop functioning
when in AUX mode)
Active Noise Cancellation
Press the ANC button once to activate it. The LED indicator should turn green. Press once more to turn off ANC.
Charging
Insert the provided micro-USB cable into headphone charging port and connect
the other side to a USB wall charging adapter or a device with USB power out
such as a computer USB port.
LED indicator should be lit red while charging.
It is fully charged when the LED indicator is lit blue.
(The headphones will remind you that the battery is low every 15 minutes when
the battery power is under 10%)
Troubleshooting
Product Maintenance
Please do not use non-original accessories, as it may cause performance degradation, physical damages, electrical short circuits and this will void your warranty. Please do not disassemble the device on your own as it may cause physical damage and this will void your warranty. Please do not place the headphone in a dusty environment. Please do not allow children under 3 years to play with the headphones. Please do not place the product in environments with extreme temperatures as it may cease to function temporarily and/or cause permanent damage to the headphones and/or its battery life. Please clean your headphones with a clean, soft and dry cloth. Please store your headphones in the original package or keep it in a safe location when not in use.
Battery Maintenance
Please go to a qualified repair center if you need to remove or replace the
battery. (Rechargeable batteries should last for a long time if used properly)
The charging temperature of the rechargeable battery is rated from 10°C to
45°C Please charge it at least once a month to maintain the battery life
Battery usage time and standby time are affected by usage conditions. Usage
time and standby time provided are only for your reference.
Notes regarding ANC technology
Active Noise Cancelling Technology is more effective in reducing the noise of a busy space and low frequency noises (150-450Hz) such as the sound of an engine in a car, aeroplane or other vehicles. Human voice (high frequency waves) cannot be entirely eliminated with ANC.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

TEAC warrants that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal domestic use with reasonable care and skill. Maintenance and cleaning (i.e. laser head) is not covered by this warranty. The TEAC warranty only applies to TEAC products purchased NEW from a TEAC Authorised Retailer in Australia. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

The benefits to the consumer given by this Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to goods or services to which the warranty relates, being the Australian Consumer Law.

Refund or replacement via your TEAC Authorised Retailer is available for a period of 14 days after purchase for goods that have been inspected and determined to have a major failure. Refund and exchange is not applicable for change of mind.

Subject to the terms herein, this warranty effectively covers TEAC products under the 12 Month Replacement Warranty Scheme, 12 months from the date of original purchase.

The warranty is void and warranty claims may be refused, subject to the Australian Consumer Law, if:
a) The product was not transported, installed, operated or maintained according to manufacturer instruction, or b) The product was abused, damaged, tampered, altered or repaired by any unauthorised persons, or c) Product failure is due to accidents during use, installation or transit, power surges, use of defective or incompatible external devices, exposure to abnormal conditions such as excessive temperatures or humidity, or entry of liquids, objects or creatures into the product, cockroach infestations, or d) The customer is unable to provide proof of purchase of the product for verification, or e) The serial number of the product is missing or has been tampered with. -
No one is authorised to assume any liability on behalf of TEAC or impose any obligation on it, in connection with the sale of any equipment other than as stated in this warranty and outlined above.

TEAC and/or its Authorised Service Centres reserve the right to inspect and verify whether the product is exhibiting a major failure as claimed by customers/retailers.
