Here’s a list of error messages you might encounter while watching movies and shows online. Most issues can be solved easily, but if you are still having trouble, please Contact DirecTV.
Error: Video streaming is temporarily unavailable. Please try again
later.
What’s the problem? There are many potential causes for this error.
Please try again later.
Error: You’ve reached the maximum number of devices allowed for
concurrent streaming. To watch on your current device, one of the other
devices will have to stop streaming.
What’s the problem? There is a limit of five concurrent streams per
directv.com account. Discontinue streaming on one of the devices.
Error: Your subscription does not include this channel. Please upgrade
your package.
What’s the problem? You selected a title that requires a subscription to
a premium network or another TV package. For example, if you want to watch an
HBO® show online, you’ll need to activate HBO in your programming package. You
can upgrade your package any time.
Error message: We’re sorry, this video is no longer available
What’s the problem? This error pertains to content you have in your
queue or playlist that is no longer available on DIRECTV. Please choose
another title.
