Assembly Instructions

WARNING
Refer to the enclosed user guide for complete instructions and important safety notices.

1. Slide the upper handle into the top of the unit. The upper handle will “click” when inserted correctly.
2. Align the carry handle with the slots on either side of the machine (behind the power switch and cleaning mode switch). The carry handle will “click” into place.
3. Use a Phillips-head screw-driver to secure the carry handle with the screw that’s taped to the upper handle. The screw goes in the hole that is in the center of the carry handle.
4. Wrap the cord around the carry handle and the lower cord wrap on the back of the machine. The carry handle also serves as the upper cord wrap.
5. Align the Clean Water Tank with the bottom of the upper handle. The tank is guided by the grooves at the bottom of the upper handle.

Customize how you clean by choosing a cleaning mode and selecting a BISSELL® formula

Choose:
MAX CLEAN MODE to remove embedded dirts, stains and allergens.

Choose:
DEEP CLEAN MODE and add any BISSELL 2X formulas for a deep down clean for your carpets.

Choose:
EXPRESS CLEAN MODE for a deep clean with dry carpets in 30 minutes.

Deep clean your high-traffic stairs with the hose and tool.

Refresh a full room with smooth maneuverability.

Regularly clean your high-traffic area rugs in Express Clean Mode to remove the forgotten dirt.

Don’t forget, upholstery may benefit from a deep clean too!

Deep Cleaning Tips & Tricks

• Vacuum first to remove all loose dirt, debris and pet hair before deep cleaning your carpet.

• Plan a cleaning route to leave an exit path. It is best to begin cleaning in the corner farthest from your exit.

• Follow the cleaning instructions in the user guide for best results.

• For the best cleaning performance, clean with your machine in Max Clean Mode.
