Razer is aware of this issue and we are currently working to provide a fix. In the meantime, please ensure that the Windows 10, BIOS, and EC are at the latest. As a workaround, you can roll back your display adapter to the previous driver through the Device Manager.

Razer Blade Pro 17″ (Late 2019) 4K variant?

The Razer Blade Pro 17″ (Late 2019) is shipped with “Dedicated GPU only” configuration, which makes the Intel UHD Graphics 630 unavailable in the Device Manager. It will only show if you select “Hybrid” as the preferred GPU mode in Razer Synapse. Do this by following these steps:

  1. Go to Razer Synapse 3 > SYSTEM > PERFORMANCE.
  2. Under the “GPU MODE” section, select “Hybrid” as the preferred mode.
  3. Restart your system for it to take effect.
