My laptop screen went blank after I tried to wake it up from sleep.

Razer is aware of this issue and we are currently working to provide a fix. In the meantime, please ensure that the Windows 10, BIOS, and EC are at the latest. As a workaround, you can roll back your display adapter to the previous driver through the Device Manager.

Why does my Thunderbolt 3 device not work when I connect it to the USB-C

port?

The Razer Blade Pro 17″ (Late 2019) comes with two USB-C ports, but there is only one Thunderbolt 3 port. Make sure that your Thunderbolt 3 device is connected to the USB-C port that is located on the right side of the laptop.
