Pairing and Troubleshooting XVTHB100 Bluetooth Headphones
Pairing Bluetooth:
To pair the XVTHB100 Bluetooth headphones with a Bluetooth enabled VIA television you need to take the following steps:
- Ensure that the headset is fully charged.
- In the TV main menu go to the Bluetooth option and choose Pair device.
- Ensure the headset is in pairing mode. (Note: Hold power button until the light on the power button blinks red and green).
- Select “Start searching for devices”. (Note: This can take a few seconds for the search to be completed.)
- Once the search is completed highlight the XVTHB100 from the list and press select. The screen will then return your paired devices list. (Note: Once you select the headset it may take a few moments to return to the paired devices screen as the TV and headset will be pairing.)
- You will then need to turn the Bluetooth audio on. Please take the following steps to do so:
- Go back to the Main Menu and select TV settings
- Then select Audio
- Turn on Bluetooth Audio
Your headset should now be getting audio.
Re-Pairing Bluetooth
If you previously had your XVTHB100 headphones paired with your TV and they
are no longer getting sound please take the following steps.
Turn Bluetooth audio OFF then back ON. To turn the Bluetooth audio Off then
back ON follow these steps:
1. Go to the Main Menu and select TV settings.
2. Select Audio.
3. Turn OFF Bluetooth Audio.
4. Wait 30 seconds.
5. Turn On Bluetooth Audio.
This should enable the sound again.
If the above steps did not work, then un-pair the Bluetooth device and try
repairing the headset.
