Product description and accessories
There are different sizes of ear tips attached in the package, please select the suitable ones to wear. Note: Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
Take earbuds out
Take the earbuds out of the charging case and tear insulating films off.
Charge
For initial use, place the earbuds in the charging case and close the case, then connect the case to a power source with the included Type-C charging cable for charging.
Charge the earbuds
- You may hear a warning tone when at a low battery level, please place the earbuds in the case for charging.
- Ice blue indicator steady lit = charging Ice blue indicator off = fully charged
Charge the charging case
- Open the charging case to show its battery level; if the red light of the charging case flashes rapidly, it indicates the charging case has a low battery capacity, please charge it in time.
- LED light flashing = charging Three LED lights steady lit = fully charged
Input : 5V — 50mA(earbuds) 5V — 500mA(charging case)
Warning : The rechargeable batteries that provide power for this product must be disposed of properly for recycling. Do not dispose of batteries in a fire to prevent an explosion. If not used for long periods of time, please charge the product with a lithium battery every three months.

Power on/off
Automatically
- Power on automatically when taken out of the charging case.
- Power off automatically while placed in the charging case.
Manually
- When powered off, respectively press and hold the touch zones of the left and right earbuds for around 3 seconds to power on;
- When powered on, respectively press and hold the touch zones of the left and right earbuds for around 5 seconds to power off.
Bluetooth connection
Two earbuds mode
- For initial use, take the earbuds out of the charging case and they will automatically power on (white lights lit for around 2 seconds);
- Then the left and right earbuds will auto-connect to each other, after interconnection is done, the earbuds will enter Bluetooth pairing state (white and ice blue lights flashing alternately);
- Set Bluetooth device to search for and connect to “HECATE GM5”, after pairing is successful, the indicators of the earbuds will flash once per 4 seconds.
One earbud mode
Please take the left or right earbud out of the charging case, and refer to the procedures mentioned in “Two earbuds mode” to pair with Bluetooth devices.
Re-connect automatically
- Take the earbuds out of the charging case, they will auto-connect to the Bluetooth device connected last time.
- When the earbuds are disconnected from the Bluetooth device for not in the effective distance, they can auto-connect to the Bluetooth device if a return to the effective distance within 5 minutes.
TWS pairing of the left and right earbuds
The left and right earbuds have finished TWS pairing before leaving the factory. If the wireless connection fails to resume, please follow the steps below to re-pair:
- After powered on, simultaneously double click the left and right earbuds to start TWS pairing, and the white lights of the earbuds will flash in a breathing pattern;
- After TWS pairing is done, the earbuds will enter a Bluetooth pairing state (white and ice blue lights of the earbuds flashing alternately and rapidly).
- Please refer to the procedures mentioned in “Two earbuds mode” to pair with the Bluetooth device again.
Restore to factory settings (use with caution)
Restoring to factory settings will clear all pairing records of the earbuds.
- When powered off, respectively press and hold the touch zone of the left and right earbuds for 8 seconds; then double click the touch zone when the indicator is steadily lit; the factory settings have been restored when the light flashes twice.
- Please refer to the procedures mentioned in “TWS pairing of the left and right earbuds” to complete TWS pairing again.
Functional operation
FAQs
No sound
- Check if the earbuds are operating.
- Check if the earbuds volume is at an appropriate level.
- Check if the earbuds are correctly connected with a Bluetooth device.
- Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range.
The call quality of the earbuds is not good.
- Check if the Bluetooth device is in an area with a strong signal.
- Please ensure the earbuds are within an effective distance (10m) and no obstacle between the earbuds and Bluetooth device.
When playing music, cannot control pause/play/previous track/next track
via the earbuds.
- Please ensure the paired Bluetooth device supports AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) profile.
Maintenance
- Keep the product away from humid places to avoid affecting the internal circuit. Do not use the product during intense exercise or with much sweat to prevent sweat from dropping into the product to make damage.
- Do not put the product in places exposed to the sun or with high temperatures. The high temperature will shorten the service life of electronic components, damage the battery, and make plastic components deformed.
- Do not put the product in cold places to avoid damaging the internal circuit board.
- Do not dismantle the product. Non-professional personnel may damage the product.
- Do not drop, strongly vibrate, strike the product with a hard object to avoid damaging the internal circuit.
- Do not use drastic chemicals or cleaner to clean the product.
- Do not use sharp objects to scratch the product surface to avoid damaging the shell and affecting the facade.
CAUTION
The danger of explosion if the battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type. A warning that batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire, or the like.

Correct Disposal of this product. This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed of with another household disposal, recycle responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this product for environmentally safe recycling.
WARNING!
The danger of explosion if the battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only
with the same or equivalent type. For products with removable batteries, the
battery must be properly recycled or disposed of. For products with built-in
batteries, disassembling is prohibited.
Never disassemble, hit with force, squeeze batteries or dispose of batteries
in a fire. Do not expose batteries in conductive materials, liquid, fire, or
heat. Do not let metal objects contact two battery poles. If the battery looks
swollen, leaking, discolored, having an odor, or any abnormal appearance, stop
using it. Do not use the battery after immersed in water.
Improper use of battery may lead to explosion or leakage, causing skin burn or
other injuries; in the event of battery leakage, handle it with care and
immediately dispose of the battery in the manner in compliance with applicable
laws and regulations in your locality.
