Product Introduction
This is a metallic multifunctional USB-C hub, which can extend the USB-C port on your laptop. More ports can be extended including HDMI, USB-A, and SD&TF Card Reader, and USB-C female PD charge. Product Introduction
Note
The USB-C source devices (mobile/notebook/tablet PC) must support video
output.
The USB-C source devices (mobile/notebook/tablet PC) must support OTG.
If the power supply ability of USB-C source devices(mobile/notebook/tablet PC)
can not satisfy product use, please insert it into the USB-C Power Delivery
port for power supply in case of any unstable connections.

a. Why there is no video output?
- Pls make sure your USB-C source devices support video output
- Pls check the connection is good
- Pls use a standard HDMI cable
b. Why there is no audio output from the HDMI port?
- Pls make sure that there is an audio output function on the monitor.
- Pls set the external monitor as the default audio output device.
c. Why some mobile can not use USB3.0 or card readers?
- Make sure your mobile USB-C support OTG
USB3.0 or Card Reader on this product doesn’t support Samsung mobile such as S8.
