Product Usage Instructions
Audio/Microphone:
Connect your audio or microphone device to the 3.5mm audio/microphone port.
USB 3.0
Connect devices that require high-speed data transfer to the USB 3.0 ports. The ports support a data speed of up to 5Gb/s and provide a maximum power output of 5V/0.9A.
USB 2.0
Connect wireless devices, such as wireless keyboards or mouse adapters, to the USB 2.0 ports. The ports support a data speed of up to 480Mbps.
SD / TF Card Reader
Insert an SD or TF card into the card reader to read or transfer data. Note that the card reader cannot work simultaneously with other functions.
RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet
Connect an Ethernet cable to the RJ45 port for stable wired access with a speed of up to 1000Mbps.
HDMI 1 and HDMI 2
Connect external displays or monitors to the HDMI ports. HDMI 1 supports a resolution of up to 4Kx2K at 60Hz, while HDMI 2 supports a resolution of up to 4Kx2K at 30Hz.
DP
Connect an external display or monitor to the DP port. It supports a resolution of up to 4Kx2K at 60Hz.
USB-C Data
Connect devices that require USB-C data transfer to the USB-C
Data port. It supports a transfer rate of up to 5Gbps.
Power Delivery (PD3.0)
Connect the power adapter to the USB-C Port for upstream charging of source devices such as laptops or MacBooks. The charging is limited to 87W for safety and is affected by different firmware. It supports a 100W power adapter.
FAQ
Why is there no video output?
- Please make sure the USB-C port of your devices (Laptop/Tablet) supports Video Output.
- Please check if the cable is well connected.
- Please use the standard HDMI cable.
My docking station is not charging my laptop.
- Please check the specifications of your Laptop and identify which port has PD charging functionality if multiple USB-C ports are available.
- Verify if your host system supports PD over USB-C.
- Please note that some old models of computers have USB-C ports but do not support charging, only can be powered by their original AC/DC power adapter.
Why is there no audio output from HDMI?
- Please make sure if there’s audio output on the Monitor.
- Please set the external monitor as the default audio output device.
What if the WiFi drops when the hard drive has been connected to the hub?
- 2.4G WiFi is easily interfered with, you can switch to the 5G network or try to move the hard drive to a suitable place.
What if the USB driver can’t be identified?
- Restart the device and connect the hub again.

Remarks
- Mac OS only supports SST, and Windows OS supports MST/SST.
- Under Mac OS, the resolution of 2 or 3 monitors will be 4K 30Hz if connected to HDMI 2 port.
- Under Windows OS, the resolution of monitors will be always consistent wit the laptop if mirror display. And if extended to 2 or 3 monitors, the resolution shows 4K 30Hz on one monitor and the others will be 1080P.
