How can I get a new eSIM?
If you are looking for a new eSIM connection please visit your nearest Jio Store, Reliance Digital or Jio Retailer with your Proof of Identity & Photograph to get a new Jio eSIM connection. To locate your nearest Jio Store, click here
If you wish to Convert your Jio physical SIM to eSIM or transfer Jio eSIM from one device to another device you can do it by sending an SMS from the device having active Jio SIM and complete the profile configuration process on the eSIM device.
Jio eSIM can be downloaded only on a compatible smartphone. Choose the eSIM device you have and know how to activate eSIM.
