Can I activate eSim from International Roaming (i.e.Physical SIM to eSIM
or transfer Jio eSIM from one device to another device)
No, you can only activate eSIM when you are in India. However if you already have Jio eSIM activated on your smartphone with active IR pack/ IR service you can use it in International Roaming.
