If you are experiencing Leaking, follow these steps to resolve:

Turn off and unplug machine

Press trigger on handle down and release several times

Does trigger spring back when pressed?
- Yes > Continue Troubleshooting
- No > Visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us

Remove both tanks
- Check for leaking when removing

If tank leaks, a new cap and insert will need to be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies

Check both tanks for any cracks or damage
- If there are any cracks or damage to the tanks a new one should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies

Leaking from the flow indicator
