If you are experiencing No/Low Spray, follow these steps to resolve:

Does your machine have a hose?
- Yes > Go to No Suction in the Hose
- No > Unplug machine

Does the brush turn when the handle is reclined?
- No > Go to Brush Not Turning
- Yes > Recline machine and remove water tank

If the machine has a red filter in the area where the tank sits, clean the filter
- Remove the red solution filter cap by inserting a coin or flathead screwdriver into the slot in the top
- Pull out the white filter by grasping the post
- Rinse filter under cold water
- Reinstall filter & red cap, turn clockwise to tighten

Inspect the red gasket on the bottom of the water tank
- If missing from water tank, look in the base of machine
- If stuck in base, remove gasket using a pair of needle nose pliers and re-attach to water tank
- If missing, a replacement gasket needs to be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies

Fill tank bladder with water

While holding tank over sink, press on X-Valve inside red gasket – water should flow out freely
- If not, empty tank, turn tank over
- Take out the 4 screws from the black plate and remove from tank
- Rinse gasket to clear any obstruction & reassemble
- If water is still not flowing a replacement tank should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies

Refill tank with water and replace tank on machine

Switch dial to Floor Cleaning setting

Test for spray – Is there spray?
- Yes > Great! Glad we could get you back to cleaning!
- No > Go to No Spray in the Foot
