Your brush will automatically shut off if it is bound by too much hair/debris

If the brush roll stalls because it is clogged the machine will need to cool down before restarting

Turn off and unplug machine

Remove foot assembly by pressing the release tab on the back of the foot

Clear debris from suction opening
- You should be able to see the brush through the suction opening

Clear all hair and debris from the brush roll
- Do not attempt to remove the brush cover – disassembling it will destroy the foot and void the warranty

Before attaching foot, plug in and turn on – check for suction on the end of the hand vac

If there is no suction here, see No Suction troubleshooting

If suction, attach the foot

If the brush is still not turning, a replacement Foot Assembly can be ordered
