If you are experiencing Low/No Spray, follow these steps to resolve:

Is the Brush Roll Turning?
- No > Go to Brush Not Turning
- Yes > If available on your model, make sure the cleaning mode is clearly selected

In Express mode much less water is applied, switch to DeepClean mode for more water/formula

Remove clean water tank and check that the tank is not warped, damaged, or cracked
- If clean water tank is damaged, warped, or cracked, a new one should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies

Over a sink, push up on valve on bottom of clean tank
- Does water come through?
- Yes > Reinsert tank and firmly push it back into place leaving no gaps
- If there are gaps, or tank does not seat properly, order a new clean water tank > Go to Parts & Supplies
- No > A new clean water tank should be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies
