Unplug machine

Check the entire length of the power cord for damage
- If there is damage, Contact us

Make sure the machine is plugged into a functioning outlet
- Try an alternate outlet if the first one does not work

The red power button should be in the ON position

The black brush power switch should be turned on
- If the brush is not turning, unplug the machine and pull out any debris or hair from the brush

Make sure the machine has had ample time to heat up before trying to steam mop
- If there is still no power, Contact us
