Plug machine in

If LED lights on front of machine do not turn on refer to No Power Troubleshooting

Recline machine
-
Select cleaning mode

If machine turns off after a short time, unplug machine
-
Remove nozzle by grabbing both sides and pulling upwards

Take brush roll out by pulling up on brush roll tab
-
Clear hair wrap and debris from brush roll and brush roll ends
-
Hold colored pull tab on brush roll and spin other end
-
If brush doesn’t spin, a replacement needs to be ordered
-
Check plastic drive gear, (where brush roll is inserted on foot of machine) remove debris wrapped in this area
- Turn gear by hand
- If gear doesn’t turn, Contact Us

Reinstall brush roll by inserting right side into machine first, then press down tab on opposite side until secure

Reattach nozzle to machine
- Line up tabs on front edges of foot and then push window into place until it clicks

Plug machine in, recline, and choose a cleaning mode to test machine turns on and will run
