3. Getting Started

1. Pull gently of the recesses in the back cover and pull the cover, then you can lift it and remove.                                                                                 
2. Insert the into the bottom groove and gently push into the place. 
3. The distance to the air outlet should also be at least 50 cm (18 inches). Please keep 1m (3ft) or more distance from TV or Radio.

Note
Please do not use the same socket with TV, radio and other appliances. Doing so may cause picture flutter or noise. Do not obstruct air inlet and outlet, ensuing enough ventilation and high efficiency.

Replacing the Air Filters

Important: Please remove all the packaging of the filter before use. Please disassemble and reinstall filters according to the following instructions.

1. Place the air purifier in a dry, smooth and flat surface. okaysou. 
2. Pull gently of the recesses in the back cover and pull the cover, then lift and remove the cover.                                                                               
3. Remove all the old filters, using the labs at top to pull out.

4. Remove the packaging from the new filters.

5. Replace the filters into the air purifier by following these steps.

6. Reinstall the back cover.

Note

Please make sure the machine is unplugged for installation. Please do not use the machine without filter. After changing the filters, please press sleep button for 3 seconds to reset

Step 1: Pre-filter

Captures large particles such as pet dander, household dust and pollen.

Step 2: H13 True HEPA Filter

Removes 99.97% of particles as small as 0.25 microns.

Step 3: Antimicrobial Filter

Inhibits various bacteria and the sterilization rate reaches to 99.9%.

Step 4: Honeycomb Activated Carbon Filter

Absorbs volatile organic compounds and further removes toxic substances such as formaldehyde and other household odors.

Step 5: Cold Catalyst Filter

Decomposes and captures ammonia, Vocs, hydrogen, etc.

5. How to Use

Note

Press SPEED CHILD-LOCK SLEEP or TIMER button while in sleep mode, the air purifier will exit the sleep mode.

The filter reset button will chime and light up when the filters needed to replace. Press SLEEP button for 3 seconds to reset after changing filters. If you want to set a time in SLEEP mode, please press TIMER button to choose.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

General Maintenance

Please make sure to unplug the unit before cleaning

Do not immerse the purifier in water or liquid detergents.

Do not use any detergent with abrasiveness, corrosive or inflammability, such as bleach or alcohol to clean any parts of the machine. The filters cannot be washed.

Cleaning

Clean the air purifier regularly to prevent the dust accumulation.

Use soft and dry cloth or vacuum cleaner to remove the dust from the air purifier

Use soft and dry cloth to clean the outlet and inlet of the machine.

Know the filters

• Intervals between filter replacement may vary depending on environment. It is recommended to change the filters every 6-8 months.

*The filters’ life varies depending on the level of pollutants in the air. The more dust present in the environment, the more dust accumulates in the filters, shortening the life.

*If the filters are heavily soiled or have a bad odor, or if the fan strength is significantly weakened replace filters even if the Change Filter indicator has not yet turned on.

Checking the Air Filters

1. The filter replacement indicator light will be on to remind you to change the filters.  
2. Turn off the power and pull out the plug.                         
3. Gently pull on the recessed areas in back cover to pull out the cover slightly and then remove.                                                                               
4. Remove all packages of new filters, and then install the new ones into the air purifier in same order.

5. Remove all packages of filters, then install the new ones into the air purifier orderly.

6. To reinstall the back cover, please align in the cover the bottom grove, and gently press top close,

7. Plug in and turn on the air purifier. Press SLEEP button for 3 seconds to reset the machine.

Long Term Idling

Unplug the purifier when not in use for long periods.

Keep the purifier inside thoroughly dry, or else it may cause malfunction because of rust.

Place the purifier in a dry and well-ventilated area. Do not place flat or upside down to avoid malfunction.

Note

When the purifier runs for 1500 hours, it will chime and the filter indicator will light up to remind you to change the filters. Press Sleep button for 3 seconds to reset the machine after changing the filter.

7. Troubleshooting

The following problems may appear during use. Please contact Customer Support immediately if you cannot find a solution.

8. Warranty Information

Okaysou warrants all products to be of the highest quality in material, craftsmanship, and service, starting from the effective date of purchase.

Okaysou will replace any product found to be defective due to manufacturer flaws based on eligibility. Refunds are available within the first 30 days of purchase. Refunds are only available to the original purchaser of the product.

This warranty does not apply to the following:

• Damage due to abuse, accident, alteration, misuse, tampering or vandalism.
• Improper or inadequate maintenance.
• Damage in return transit.
