SHARED & ASSIGNED USE FUNCTIONALITY
Versa Hybrid Smart Loe ·s with an RFID interface are operated by an RFID
credential or by Mobile ID. The Digilink network application
simp1 fies lock management, and ad min and manager credentials allow for
management access.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS – IN SHARED USE FUNCTIONALITY
In shared use functiona ,ty, the user presen s an RFID creden ial or uses heir
Mobile ID to lock and unlock. Once unlocked, the lock is
available for a different user.
Operate with a User RFID Credential
Lock: Close the door. Present any User RFID credential, then turn the knob to
the locked position.
Unlock: Present he same User RFID credential, then turn the knob to the unlocked position Open the door.
Operate with a User Mobile ID Credential
Lock: Present any Mobile ID credential and press the unlocked icon within the
Mobile ID app to lock, then turn the knob
to the locked position.
Unlock: Present the same Mobile ID credential and press <.he
locked icon within the Mobile ID app to unlock, hen turn the knob to the
unlocked position. Open the door.
NOTE: Mobile ID app will show current status of the lock.
Operate with an Admin or Manager RFID Credential
Lock: Close the door. Present a valid Admin or Manager RFID credential, then tum the knob to the locked position.
Unlock: Present a valid Admtn or Manager RFID Unlock: Present a valid Admin or Manager RFID credential, then turn the knob to the unlocked position. Open the door.*
*If a val id Manager credential is used to re lock, the previous user credential will continue to operate the lock.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS – IN SHARED USE FUNCTIONALITY
Operate with an Admin or Manager Mobile ID Credential
Lock: Present a valid Admm or Manager Mobile ID credential Unlock: Present a
va,,d Adm,r or Manager Mobile ID and press the unlocked icon w1thm the Mobile
ID app to
lock, then turn the knob to the locked position.
Unlock: Present a valid Admin or Manager Mobile ID credential and press the locked icon within the Mobile ID app to unlock, then turn the knob to the unlocked position.
NOTE: Mobile ID app will show current status of the lock.
Unlock: Admin must locate the specific lock to be unlocked on the hardware
list within the Digilink app then toggle the switch next to the lock name to
the unlocked posrtion.
Once toggled, User presents hand to the lock interface until the mo or
engages, then urns the knob to the unlocked position.*•
*If an Admin or Manager credential or Mobile ID credential is used to relock, the previous user credential will continue to operate the lock.
**Digilink app cannot be used to relock. Refer to operation instructions above
to relock.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS – IN ASSIGNED USE FUNCTIONALITY
In assigned use functionality, users operate the loc with therr assigned user creden ial(s, either an RFID credential or Mobile ID credential).
Operate with an Assigned RFID Credential
Operate with an Assigned Mobile ID Credential
NOTE: Mobile ID app will show current status of the lock.
Operate with an Admin or Manager RFID Credential
*The lock will remain in the locked position if the knob is not turned with in approximately 6 seconds.

Remote Unlock Using the DigiLink App
*The lock will remain in the locked position if the knob is not turned within approximately 6 seconds.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT
It 1s ,o necessary to remove the ock from n door n case o battery fa lure,

CAUTION: Risk of explosion or leakage if battery is replaced by an incorrect
type, mixed with a different battery type, or inserted backwards. Replace
all batteries of a set at the same time. Be sure to insert batteries with
correct polarities. Remove exhausted batteries from product promptly and
dispose of used batteries according to the battery manufacturer’s
instructions.
