DESCRIPTION
A Digital control panel
- Heating indicator. It will illuminate when element is on.
- Fan indicator
- Temperature and Timer display- will alternate between the temperature and timer functions when ON.

- Pre-set mode button
- Power ON/OFF button
- Timer decrease button
- Timer increase button
- Symbols. Illuminates to indicate auto pre-set default cooking programs for specific food types.

If the model of your appliance does not have the accessories described above, they can also be bought separately from the Technical Assistance Service.
USE AND CARE
- Fully extend the appliance’s power cable before each use.
- Do not use the appliance if the parts or accessories are not properly fitted.
- Do not use the appliance if the accessories attached to it are defective. Replace them immediately.
- Do not use the appliance when empty.
- Do not use the appliance if the timer switch does not work properly.
- Do not move the appliance while in use.
- To keep the non-stick treatment in good condition, do not use metal or pointed utensils on it.
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains when not in use and before undertaking any cleaning task.
- Store this appliance out of reach of children and/or persons with physical, sensory or reduced mental or lack of experience and knowledge.
- Turn the thermostat control to the minimum (MIN) setting. This does not mean that the iron is switched off permanently.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE USE:
- Make sure that the entire product’s packaging has been removed.
- Before using the product for the first time, clean the parts that will come into contact with food in the manner described in the cleaning section.
USE:
- Unroll the cable completely before plugging it in.
- Connect the appliance to the mains.
- The control panel ON button will light up.
- Put the ingredients you want to fry inside the basket.
- Introduce the bowl inside the fryer.
- Choose the needed temperature using the temperature setting from 80ºC to 200ºC.
- Set timer to the desired air frying time.
- Note: have in mind that if the appliance is cool you should add 3 minutes to the cooking time.
- Note: if you want to shake the ingredients, pull the bowl out of the appliance by the handle and shake it.
- Once the cooking time reaches its end, pull out the bowl outside the appliance. The appliance will switch off automatically.
- CAUTION: Bowl, basket and food will be very HOT.
- Place the bowl over a plain surface able to work with high temperatures.
- Split the basket from the bowl using the basket release button (G) and turn the basket to take off the fries, avoiding the risk of burns.
TIME AND TEMPERATURE
- You can change the time and temperature by using the +/- symbols.
PRE-SET PROGRAMS
- This appliance has 7 pre-set programs.
- To select a program, press the programs button (6). You can switch from one program to the other by pressing this same button.
- If you wish you can also change the temperature and time settings for the pre-set programs.
- Once the program has been selected, press the start button to start heating.
- You will see that the operation indicator light will light up blink
- If you wait for 5seconds in a menu, the device will start working.
- To change any settings while cooking, first pause, modify and then resume.
- To start heating, press the ON button.
- NOTE: During the cooking phase, you can press the pause button to stop the appliance, the timer will also stop and display whatever time remains. Press this button again to resume the cooking phase.
- The fryer will beep when the cooking time has finished.
- Check to see that the food is cooked.
- If it is not, you only have to put the container back in the fryer and program the timer to cook for a few more minutes.
- Once cooking has finished, take the whole pan part out of the appliance. The appliance will switch itself off automatically.
- CAUTION: both the pan and the basket, as well as the food, will be VERY hot.
- Place the pan on a surface that will withstand high temperatures.
- Separate the basket from the pan by using the basket release button and then tip the food out without any risk of burning yourself (Figure 1)
- Note: It is not necessary to wait to reuse the air fryer directly after cooking certain foods
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE APPLIANCE:
- Unplug the appliance from the mains.
- Let the appliance cooldown.
- Clean the appliance as it is explained on the cleaning section.
SAFETY THERMAL PROTECTOR:
- The appliance has a safety device, which protects the appliance from overheating.
- If the appliance turns itself off and does not switch itself on again, disconnect it from the mains supply, and wait for approximately 15 minutes before reconnecting. If the machine does not start again seek authorized technical assistance.
CLEANING
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to cool before undertaking any cleaning task.
- Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.
- Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the appliance.
- Never submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid or place it under running water.
- It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly and remove any food remains.
- If the appliance is not in good condition of cleanliness, its surface may degrade and inexorably affect the duration of the appliance’s useful life and could become unsafe to use.
- Neither parts of this appliance are suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
- Then dry all parts before its assembly and storage.

and temperature for frying different meals.
NOTE: these settings are merely indicative.
Foodstuffs can vary in origin, size, shape and brand, so we cannot guarantee
the best settings for any specific food.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem | Possible cause | Solution |

**** The AIR FRYER does not work. | The appliance is not plugged in. | Put the |
mains plug in an earthed wall socket.
You have not set the Timer.| Turn the timer knob to the required cooking time

The foods fried with the AIR FRYER are not done.
| The quantity of food in the basket is too much.| Put smaller batches of food
in the basket. Smaller batches are fried move evenly.
**** The set temperature is too low.| Turn the temperature control knob to
the required.

The food is fried unevenly in the AIR FRYER.| Certain food types need to be
shaken halfway through the cooking time.| Food that lie on top of or across
each other (e.g. fries) need to be shaken halfway through the cooking time.
Fried snacks are not crispy when they come out of the AIR FRYER.| ****
