Product Description

Front LED
The front LED will display a blue colour and blink to indicate a specific “Device Condition”. These different conditions are outlined in the table below.

Connectors
The device includes one connector.

1. USB Type-C Connector – this connector is used only for powering the device – not for connecting to a host or client device.

Handling Precautions

SanDisk products are precision instruments and must be handled with care during unpacking and installation. Devices may be damaged by rough handling, shock or vibration. Always observe the following precautions when unpacking and installing your external storage device:

• Do not drop or jolt the device.
• Keep dry and avoid placing the device near sources of heat.
• Do not use this product as a portable device.
• Keep this device away from devices with strong electromagnetic reference, such as Bluetooth® devices, cordless phones and microwaves.

Simple To Use

Ixpand Wireless Charger 15W Charger/Pad Setup

Installation

1. Connect one end of the power adapter into the DC power connector on the device, and connect the other end of the power adapter into an AC power outlet.
   NOTE: Only selected Ixpand Wireless Charger 15W Charger/Pad models include a power adapter. When not included, the SanDisk Ixpand Wireless Charger 15W Charger/Pad must be used with a 24W QC3.0 AC power adapter that meets all applicable local safety and emission standards. Use only UL/CSA- approved power adapters for USA and Canada, and CE-approved power adapters for Europe. Unapproved power adapters may cause damage or may cause the wireless charger to malfunction.

2. Congratulations! Your Ixpand Wireless Charger 15W Charger/Pad is now ready to use.

Charging a Smartphone
For wireless charging, follow these steps.

Note: For best practice on wireless charging, visit the SanDisk knowledgebase and search for Answer 21587.

1. The Ixpand Wireless Charger 15W Charger/Pad works with most rubber/ plastic/TPU slim cases (less than 5 mm thick). If the case is heavy duty, made of metal, or your case doubles as a wallet and holds metal cards, the charging may not function properly and the case would need to be removed.
2. The smartphone should have the screen facing up.
3. Place the smartphone capable of Qi wireless charging on the Ixpand Wireless Charger 15W Charger/Pad.
4. The LED on the wireless charger will turn a solid blue colour, and the operating system on your smartphone will provide confirmation, when charging has begun.

The SanDisk Ixpand Wireless Charger 15W Charger/Pad must be used with a 24W QC3.0 AC power adapter that meets all applicable local safety and emission standards. Use only UL/CSA-approved power adapters for USA and Canada, and CE- approved power adapters for Europe. Unapproved power adapters may cause damage or may cause the wireless charger to malfunction.
Do not place foreign materials, such as metal objects or magnets, between the mobile device and the wireless charger. This may cause the mobile device to not charge properly or may cause damage due to overheating.

Keep the SanDisk Ixpand Wireless Charger 15W Charger/Pad away from sinks, drinks, bathtubs, showers, rain and other sources of moisture. Moisture can cause electric shocks with any electronic device. Do not disassemble, crush, short circuit or incinerate the SanDisk Ixpand Wireless Charger 15W Charger/Pad as it may cause fire, injury, burns or other hazards.

Keep the SanDisk Ixpand Wireless Charger 15W Charger/Pad away from direct sunlight, moisture and temperature extremes. Do not bend, flex or drop your SanDisk Ixpand Wireless Charger 15W Charger/Pad. The user is responsible for
complying with all environmental, safety and other usage specifications.

You are responsible for any expenses associated with a claim under SanDisk’s Limited Warranty. You must send your product in a secure, prepaid package, to the address provided with your RMA number. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
