QUICK START GUIDE
Elite 911
IMPORTANT:
Before beginning, please place your device on the included chargers. We
recommend charging for 2 hours before testing. Check your user manual for
detailed instructions on how to conduct a test.

Choose a Location for the Charging Cradle
We recommend that you choose a location that is centrally located, easy access, and close to an outlet.

Charge your Elite 911
Plug the Power Cord Adapter into a wall socket not controlled by a switch, and the small end into your Charging Cradle.
The LED on the Charging Cradle will light up solid green when the cradle is plugged incorrectly.
Place your Elite 911 into the charging cradle. The device will take a few moments to wake up, and will then say “your device is now charging.”
The Network LED will blink green while connecting to the cellular network and will be solid green once fully connected and ready to test and/or make an emergency call.
While charging, the Power LED will blink red. It will turn off when fully charged. -
Make a Test Call from Your Elite 911
Press and hold the TEST Button for three seconds.
Once the test call has been initiated, your device will say “Welcome to the device verification process. We will be testing your speaker and microphone and will attempt to locate your device. Please say your name now.” Once you speak your name, the device will playback the audio and announce “We heard your name as [your name]. If you did not hear your voice played back, please contact Medical Guardian. Now please wait while we determine your location. Your most recent location is [current location of the device]. This concludes your device verification. Thank you.”
