Instruction Manual
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using this electrical appliance, safety precautions must always be observed, including the following:
-
READ ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.
-
Close adult supervision must be provided when this appliance is used by or near children. Keep air fryer and cord out of the reach of children.
-
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
-
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
-
The air fryer has a polarized AC (Alternating Current) plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way, as a safety feature. Reverse the plug if the plug does not fit fully in the outlet. Contact a qualified electrician if it still does not fit. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
-
Short power cord should be used to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
Never use with an extension cord. The cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally. -
Do not operate with a damaged cord or plug. If the appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped or damaged, left outdoors or dropped into water, do not use it and return it to the manufacturer for proper service, repair, or replacement.
-
Do not let cord hang over the edge of the table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
-
Do not place near hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
-
Always use in a well ventilated area.
-
For indoor use only. Intended for countertop use only.
-
The air fryer is for household use only. The air fryer should not be used for other than the intended use.
-
Do not cover the appliance or have it near flammable material including curtains, draperies, walls, and the like when in operation.
-
Do not use without the removable basket in place. This will reduce the risk of electrical shock.
-
WARNING: Spilled foods can cause serious burns.
-
The exterior and the basket become hot during use. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
-
To reduce the risk of electric shock, cook only in removable basket.
-
After cooking, use extreme caution when removing the basket.
The unit is hot, use a pot holder. -
Extreme caution should be used when moving any appliance containing hot food or liquid.
-
Do not attempt to dislodge food when the appliance is plugged in.
-
DANGER: Never deep fry in the air fryer. It is dangerous and may cause a fire and serious damage.
-
Using attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause hazards.
-
Make sure appliance is off before unplugging from wall outlet.
-
Always unplug before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
-
To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse plug, cord or housing in water or any other liquid.
-
Servicing or repair should only be completed by a qualified technician.
-
Do not place any objects on top of the unit—blocking the inlet air will impede air flow into the fryer, which could cause overheating.
-
Do not place the unit too close to walls or cabinets as the hot air and steam may damage surfaces. Make sure there is plenty of clearance (at least 6 inches) above, behind, and next to the air fryer to prevent blocking outlet air.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
FEATURES
BEFORE FIRST USE
- Remove all packing materials and literature.
- Wash removable basket and rack in warm soapy water.
Rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe the outer housing with a clean damp cloth. NEVER immerse the housing in water or any other liquid.
HOW TO OPERATE
HOW TO USE THE AIR FRYER
-
Position the unit at least 6 inches away from wall and cabinets.
The back of the unit has a vent where the hot air releases.
Outside air is pulled into the unit on the top. Place on a heat resistant surface. -
Plug the cord into a wall outlet. Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes. Note-This airfryer has one temperature 400°F.
-
Prep your food.
-
There is no need to add oil as the unit works with hot air circulation. But if you desire, you can place 1 tablespoon of oil in the bottom of the basket. Another option is to lightly spray food with oil. The oil makes the food even crispier.
-
Place the crisper rack in the basket. The crisper rack helps lift the food off the bottom of the basket and keeps food away from any oil or liquid on the bottom.
-
Pull out the basket. Place food to be cooked in the basket. Do not over-fill. One layer of food cooks best. If you overfill, it will not cook evenly and will take much longer.
-
Turn the timer dial and set the time. This turns the light and unit on.
-
Shake the basket or turn food 1-2 times during the cooking time.
When you pull out the basket, the Air Fryer stops working.
Once you place it back inside, the Air Fryer will turn on and the time will resume.
Note: If you need to turn the unit off, simply turn the dial to 0. -
When the timer has finished, the unit will beep and has an automatic shut off. Pull the basket out of the housing and place on a heat resistant surface.
-
Use tongs to remove food from the basket. Do not tip the basket over to remove food as the oil and liquid will spill onto the food. Allow the unit to cool before removing any excess oil.
HINTS AND TIPS
-
Smaller pieces will cook faster than larger ones.
-
When cooking food with fat, add water to the air fryer basket.
This will help to prevent the grease from getting too hot and smoke. This is good when cooking burgers, bacon and sausage. -
Do not overfill the basket. Over-filling the basket will prevent foods from crisping and browning evenly and will take much longer to cook. The air fryer needs to circulate the air. You also do not want the food too close to the top as it will be closer to the heating element. The bulk of the heat comes from the top, like a broiler in your oven.
-
Flip food 1-2 times through the cooking time, just like cooking in the oven, in a pan or on a skillet.
-
Check for doneness when you pull the basket out and flip the food. This will help you determine the time.
-
The size of this air fryer is good for 1-2 people.
-
Place fresh cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before air frying. Drain the water. You can coat them with olive oil by using a spray or lightly covering them with oil in a mixing bowl.
-
Using an oil spray bottle to coat your food provides a crispy outside. Aerosol oil sprays are not good for non stick. Do not use aerosol sprays near nonstick surfaces.
-
Do not use a wet batter or coating. If you are breading, do not skip any part of breading your food (Flour-Egg-Breadcrumbs).
Make sure the breading is firmly on the food by patting it down. -
Use the Air Fryer for left-overs. Warm up your pizza, chicken wings, or last nights chicken. Try 5 minutes to start.
-
A general rule for following packaged food instructions is to reduce cooking time by 20 percent and check for doneness early on.
-
Do not cook foods that need liquid to help cook them-like rice.
-
Use the drippings in the bottom of a the basket to make gravies and sauces.

CLEANING
Do not wash any parts of the air fryer in the dishwasher. Always wash the air fryer parts thoroughly after every use, or if it has not been used for an extended period of time.
- Unplug and let the unit cool before cleaning.
- Wash removable basket and rack in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Wipe the housing with a clean damp cloth. Do not submerge in water.
- Never use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to clean any of the parts.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Food is not crispy
Do not over-fill the air fryer. Make sure you are using just a little oil.
White smoke while cooking
Add a little water to the basket of the air fryer. White smoke is usually
caused by grease that has drained into the basket and is burning. Add water to
prevent this.
Black smoke while cooking
Turn the machine off. See if there is food that got stuck to the heating
element. Food could have blown around and stuck to it or the basket could have
been too full.
