Power on/off
- Power on: press and hold for 2s until you hear the ‘power on’ prompt voice.
- Power off: press and hold for 2s until you hear the ‘power off’ prompt voice and LED light off. In paring mode but not connected beyond 5 mins, the Rugged speaker will power off automatically.
Bluetooth paring
First press and hold for 2s until you hear the ‘power on’ prompt voice, the Blue LED will come on and blink. This means Rugged speaker is in pairing mode, make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your audio source and in a few moments, pairing name ‘WIRELESS SPEAKER’ will appear on your list, then press it to connect, the LED will flash blue every 5 seconds which means you are paired.
(Conveniently, From now on, when you turn on Rugged speaker it will automatically search for the last Bluetooth device it was paired with and reconnected)
WIRELESS STEREO PAIRING
Let the two speakers into pairing mode, short press one speaker’s MFB
button, wait a moment, they will paired together, there is ‘tone’ voice remind
.
Play music
- Press and hold to adjust previous/ next song
- Play/pause music: single click
- Volume+ &-: Single click
Phone call
- Answer &hang up
- Reject a call
- Volume+ &-: Single click
Charging
Rugged speaker comes with a lithium-ion battery. For best result, fully charge Rugged speaker before use. (recommended output of charging device is 1A) To charge, plug the TYPE C charging cable into Rugged speaker and plug the standard USB connector into your power source ( If power source is Laptop, Desktop, much more charging time (5-6 hours) will be needed) While charging the LED solid Red, fully charged, light off.

Trouble Shooting and Common Situations
Rugged Speaker cannot power on
Battery drain, please charge the device for 30 minutes, and then powering on.
Smart phone cannot search Bluetooth Rugged Speaker
- Make sure the Rugged Speaker is in pairing mode ( Blue light blink)
- Delete pairing list in smartphone and searching WIRELESS SPEAKER again.
- If it still cannot be found, please restart smartphone and Rugged Speaker again.
Rugged Speaker will be disconnected from time to time
- The battery drain.
- The Rugged Speaker is beyond the communication range(10m).
No sound on talking mode
- Confirmed the Rugged Speaker connected to earpiece mode on talking.
- Try to volume up Rugged Speaker or smartphone.
No sound with music playing
- Try to volume up Speaker or smart phone.
- Rugged Speaker disconnected with smartphone, please reconnected again.
Cannot charger for Rugged Speaker
- The charger cable connected not well.
- Charger line was damaged.
