Congratulations on purchasing your Guardo Fit Coach Prime!
Note:
Hardware and system of smartphone/tablet should meet the following minimum
requirements:

CHARGING THE FIT COACH PRIME
Put the USB plug of the provided charging cable in a 5V USB power source. Align the charger with the metal charging contacts (2) at the backside of the watch. Working time after fully charging the unit is up to 7 days.
PAIRING THE DEVICE WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE
- Download the Veryfit App on the App Store or the Google Play Store OR scan the QR code that is shown on the watch display.
- Make sure Bluetooth® is turned on on your smartphone or tablet.
- Open the App.
- Select “Add device” in the App screen and it will start searching for your Fit Coach. Choose the correct device (FC PRIME) in the App and connect.
- Confirm the connection on your watch.
- Once the device is paired, the App will auto magically set the correct date and time, and record and analyze data.
! For data synchronization from Fit Coach to data in your App there should
always be a Bluetooth@ connection between watch and App.
Make sure the screen of your Fit Coach is active.
MENU BUTTON
Long press: power on when the device has been switched off
Press shortly; screen wake-up + enter menu list + return to the previous
interface
SPORTS BUTTON
Press 1x; Enter the sports menu
FIT COACH DISPLAY & INTERFACES
Swipe the screen (up/down, left/right) to enter different interfaces. Tap the screen to go to a sub-page or complete an action.
A. Standby screen
Time/ date/ battery status/steps/ heart rate
B. Watch faces
In standby mode, long-press the screen and slide to the left or right to view
different watch faces. It is also possible to add your own watch faces using
the App.
C. Main
Menu
Scroll up/down to view the main functions of the watch and tap an icon to
select: Health/exercise/heart-rate/ sleep/blood oxygen/alarm/stopwatch and
many others.
D.Settings
Tap the corresponding icon to set the following settings: Do not disturb/
wrist sense/ find my phone/ brightness/ other settings
E. Notifications
Here you will find received notifications such as call information and
messages.
F. Data
Swipe to view the saved data: Heart rate, stress level, sleep, weather, total
steps & calories.
SPORTS MODE
Press the sports button to enter sports mode.
Scroll up/down to view all available sports. Tap to select your desired
activity and start data registration during the activity.
It is also possible to set targets for each sport.
Note: GPS will automatically be activated when selecting outdoor sports.
APP SYNCHRONISATION
When the activated Fit Coach is connected to the Bluetooth@ device (smartphone/tablet) all data will be synchronized to the App automatically. Full synchronization can be done by pulling down the App screen to activate synchronization.
