Before using OFFONG smart products, please read the following.

1. please turn off the router 5.0ghz network and turn on the 2.4GHz network.

2. iPhone users, please upgrade IOS to 13.0 and the latest version, Android phone users, please upgrade the Tuya Smart APP to the latest version.

3. Turn off the automatic access of other Wi-Fi in the iPhone (Turn Off: Auto-Jion)

4. Connect the OFFONG smart product to the power supply, check whether the product is factory-set (key type products, long press for 5 seconds to restore factory settings, smart bulb/light strip, turn on/off the power of the product 5 times or more), restore factory settings Product, the LED indicator will flicker.

5. Please connect your mobile phone to the router’s 2.4GHz network and check if the iPhone can connect to the network normally.

6. Open the Apple Home APP, scan the QR code to add the product.
   If the Apple Home APP fails to scan and add products, please follow the 2 steps below.

7. After the router is powered off, power on the router again.

8. Restart the Apple phone, reopen the Apple Home APP, scan the QR code to add the product. You can log in to the website to watch the product operation video. https://youtu.be/4ZXOJxoXYUo

1. Remove The Old Switch
   1.1: Turn off the power and remove your old wall switch.

2. Check For Neutral Wires
   2.1: Look for a bundle of white wire folded up in the Back of the junction box and secured with a wire nut;
   These are neutral wires use for Smart Switch. Most of the houses built have had neutral wires since 1978.

3. Connect The Wires
   3.1: Disconnect all of the wires from the old switch.
   3.2: There are four screws on the Smart Switch, and loosen the screw with a screwdriver.
   3.3: There are three small holes on the back of the Smart Switch, marked with [Neutral], [Live] and [Load]. Connect wires to the corresponding holes on the new Smart Switch.
   3.4: Finally, tighten the three golden screws with a screwdriver.

4. Install The Smart Switch On The Wall.
