CARE INSTRUCTIONS instead of PRECAUTIONS:

  1. This earphones are not suitable in high temperature and humid environments (e.g: bathroom)
  2. Failure to use earphones for a long time will cause the battery to slowly loses its charge. It is recommended to charge the earphones and the charging case every 3 months.

TWS Button Functions

Switch mchine/ Call button

  • Long press call button for 3-4 seconds to turn on / off
  • Press briefly to answer a call or to end a call
  • Long press for 1-2 seconds to reject the call
  • The main ear chief presses the drop, and the auxiliary ear chief presses the voice assistant
  • While playing music, press briefly to pause/play the song. While playing music, double click on the main ear for next track, double click on the auxiliary ear for previous track
  • Triple tap the main ear to increase the volume, triple tap
  • the auxiliary ear to decrease the volume

Note: When earphones are paired, red and blue flashing LED will be shown in the main ear, making the other earphone the auxiliary ear

  • When power is low, the red light will flash four times.
  • When charging, the red light will remain on to indicate
  • When fully charged, the lights will alternate flashing between blue and red to indicate.

How to connect

single ear pairing

  1. Hold left or right earphones button for 3-4 seconds until red and blue LED flashes alternately. A voice prompt will be heard if done successfully.
  2. On your phone/device, go into the Bluetooth settings and search for UVTWSX9, click to connect. A voice prompt will be heard if done successfully.

Binaural TWS pairing

When one earphone is already paired with your phone/device, the second earphone should pair automatically when removed from the charging box. A voice prompt will be heard if done successfully.
If you encounter pairing issue where the earphones stay in pairing mode( alternating blue and red lights), you can reset this by placing both earphones back into the charging case and close the case. In addition, you can disconnect and/ or remove the device from your phone/device and try again.

Note: Shutdown, playbackand pause can be controlled by the multi-function button of anyconnected headset, and the other earphone as the other earphone will automatically synchronise.

Charging the earphones

To charge the charging box: Connect the included type-C cable to charging case and then to a USB port on your computer or a suitable USB 5V output power supply. The digital display indicator on the charging box should light up and show the current battery percentage. When it shows 100 this would mean that the charging case is at 100% and you should then unplug the device.

UV Sanitation function: When earphones are placed into the charging case, a built-in UV light will sanitise the earphones for around 20 seconds.
Earphones Charging: Earphones are charged only by placing it in the charging case. When this is done, close the lid. The digital display on the box should display a battery symbol either on the left or right side or on both sides depending on which earphones are being charged. A moving battery image would mean that the earphone(s) is currently being charged while a static battery image with full bars would mean that the earphone(s) is fully charged.

Note: The number on the display is an indication for the charging case battery and NOT the earphones.
The earphones will beep at intervals, and the indicator light flashes at intervals。 If the headset is powered off during a call, it will automatically transfer the call to the phone
