Product introduction

TWS multifunctional smart wireless headphones has the functions of automatic connection, touch operation, high-definition call, voice assistant and so on. The matching all-metal rotary charging box can charge both headsets and mobile devices such as mobile phones.
It is equipped with USB small fan and USB light, thus providing more use scenarios for outdoor travel.

Connection procedures

1. Rotate the principal part A or B of the charging box and open the shell of earphone collection.
2. Remove the right earphone.
3. The right earphone starts up automatically and connects to the smart device paired last time around 5 seconds.
4. During the first use, the earphone indicator light will flicker red and blue alternately and enter the “waiting for a pairing” state. At this time, please select “TWS” connection pairing in the Bluetooth list of the mobile phone.
5. When the right earphone is connected successfully, take out the left earphone, which will start up automatically and pair and connect to the right earphone around 5 seconds.
   After use, put the left and right earphones back into the power bank of the charging box, the earphones will power off automatically and start charging.

Touch control function

1. Start up manually and enter the “waiting for a pairing” state: long press the touch control area for 3 s;
2. Power off manually: long press the touch control area for 5 s;
3. Music pause or play: click the touch control area;
4. Previous song: long press the left earphone touch control area for 2 s;
5. Next song: long press the right earphone touch control area for 2 s;
6. Call answering or hang up: click the touch control area;
7. Refuse the call: long press the touch control area for 2 s;
8. Redial the previous call: double-click the touch control area;
9. Wake-up voice assistant: triple-click the touch control area.

Charging instructions

1. When the charging box is being charged, the charging indicator light is red.
2. When the earphone is being charged, the earphone indicator light is red.
3. When the earphone is fully charged, the earphone indicator light is blue.

Description of common questions

Q: Why is there no automatic start-up pairing after the earphones are taken out?
A: Please charge the charging box first. If the charging box has no power, it is impossible to monitor whether the earphones are taken out or put in.

Q: Why are the left and right channels incorrect?
A: Please cancel the pairing first, and then reconnect to set up a pairing. Make sure to take out the Right earphone for pairing first. The system default is Right earphone pairing coming first.

Q: How to switch the voice language?
A: The earphones support Chinese-English switch. Please cancel the pairing first, then put the left and right earphones back into the power bank to power off, take out the left and right earphones out and wear them in the ears. When the left and right channels are synchronized, double-click the touch control area of the left and right earphones to switch the voice language.

Q: Intermittent playing sound
A: Pay attention to avoid unduly long Bluetooth connection distance, or avoid other wireless device with 2.4GHz nearby, or try to move ambient metal objects. All these factors may interfere Bluetooth transmission. When the signal is not good enough, the phenomenon of intermittent sound happens.

Safety warning

1. Overload power supply is prohibited for this product in case of abnormal temperature increase or fire;
2. Don’t use wet hands to plug or unplug power supply in case of electric shock;
3. If this product inside is sprayed with water or damp, please keep it in ventilated places until it is fully dried, then reboot for usage.
