Caution
- Ensure the distance between charging phones and the wireless charger exceeds 15mm to avoid damage to the phones.
- Please install the product according to the diagram for efficient charging.
- Do not install under a metal desktop.
- When charging, do not use metal products and magnetic cards in the charging area such as credit cards, travel cards and RFID cards.
- Do not install the product in the high-temperature environment or close to a heating device to avoid damage due to high temperature.
- Do not disassemble or modify the device.
- Do not drop, squeeze, or puncture the device to avoid equipment damage caused by excessive external pressure.
- The radio waves generated by the device may affect the regular work of implanted device or personal medical devices such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, hearing aid, etc. If you use these devices, please consult the manufacturer about restrictions on this equipment.
- This equipment and accessories contain some small parts. Please keep them out of reach of children. Children can inadvertently swallow small parts and cause choking and other hazards.
- To ensure product performance, please use the original adapter.
Important
- The wireless charger will stop working when the metal is close to the charging area in standby or working mode. Remove the phone and metal for 5 seconds and try charging the phone again.
- Only supports Qi standard wireless charging mobile phones, charging will not work for mobile phones which are not compatible with QI wireless charging.
- The best working temperature should be between 20℃~30℃, do not use in high temperature.
- If mobile phones cannot be charged due to other factors, please move the phone out of the charging area, then try again.
