**INSTALLATION

**

Mounting

  1.  Once a suitable location has been determined, drill the holes for securing the unit.
  2.  Slide the mounting cradle into the dashboard and bend the mounting tabs to secure the cradle.
  3.  Place the radio in front of the dashboard opening so the wiring can be brought through the opening.
  4.  Follow the wiring diagram carefully and make certain all connections are correct.

GENERAL OPERATION

Turn on/off the unit
Press the  /SRC button to turn on the unit. When the unit is on. Press and hold it for 2 seconds to turn off the unit.
Sound and setting adjustment
Shortly press the SEL button to open the audio menu: BASS ->TRE (Treble) ->BAL (Left or Right Speaker Balance) ->FAD (Front or Rear Speaker Fader) ->EQ(class/rock/pop/flat/off) ->LOUD(on/off)
Press and hold the SEL button to open the settings menu: BEEP(on/off) ->CLOCK(12/24) ->P_VOL(Power on Volume Level) ->CT(indep /sync) ->AREA(AUS/USA) ->DX/LOC (Distant or Local Reception)->STEREO/MONO
In each item press VOL+/- button to set them.

BEEP (ON/OFF): Turn on/off the beep tone when pressing buttons.
CLOCK (12/24)
Press VOL+/- to choose 12 hours format or 24 hours format for the clock.
P_VOL (Preset-volume)
Setting the power-on volume. When the unit is turned off, if the volume is greater than the P-VOL setting, the volume will be restored to the P-VOL value the next time the unit is turned on.
CT(indep/sync)
CT indep: The clock works independently. It won’t be synchronized to the radio station’s time.
CT sync : When tuned to an RDS station, the clock will be synchronized to the radio station’s time.
Note: When the time is set manually, the CT will revert back to INDEP mode automatically.
AREA (AUS/USA)
Press VOL+/- to choose either Australia or USA radio region.
Clock setting
Press and hold the  DISP button for 2 seconds. The “HH” will flash. Press the VOL+/- button to change the hour. After that press the DISP (or SEL) button, the “MM” will flash. Press the VOL+/- button to change the minute. Then press the DISP (or SEL) button to confirm.
Reset the unit
a) In AUX mode press and hold the “>II” button for 5 seconds to reset the unit.
Note: if the RESET function is activated, all the settings will be lost.

Radio Operation
Receive a radio station
Press the SRC button to select the radio source. Then press the BAND button to select the desired band (FM or AM). Press and hold button for automatic tuning. While scanning, shortly presses the button for manual tuning function.
Auto Store:
Press and hold the BAND button for 2 seconds to auto store stations to bands 1~3.
Manually store stations
Press and hold the button. “SAVE P1” is displayed. Press the VOL+/- button to select P2-P6, then press SEL button to save.
Listening to Saved Radio Memory
Shortly press the buttons to cycle through the presets.
USB Operation
When a USB drive is inserted into the unit, the unit will play the MP3/WMA files automatically. If a USB drive is already inserted in the unit, press the SRC button repeatedly until the USB mode is displayed.
Select file
Press the button to skip to the next/previous file. Hold the button to fast forward or fast rewind.
Play/Pause
Press the button to pause/play the file.

RPT 1/RPT FOLD/RDM ON/RDM OFF function
During MP3/WMA playing, Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to cycle through
RPT 1/RPT FOLD/RDM ON/RDM OFF. (Repeat one file/Repeat folder/Random on/ Random off)
Search song
Press the BAND button to show DIR SCH. Press the BAND button again to show NUM SCH.
DIR SCH: (Directory Search) In DIR SCH mode. Pressing VOL+/- button to select the folder. It will play the first song in this folder.
NUM SCH: (Number Search) In NUM SCH mode. It shows NUM **. Press the VOL+/- to input the file numbers then press the SEL button to play.
AUX IN operation**
Connect the audio source to the R/L AUX-IN connectors behind the unit. Then press the SRC button to switch to AUX mode.

Bluetooth Operation
Pairing
On your mobile phone, open the Bluetooth settings and search for the Bluetooth device ID “AT1902BT” in the device list. Select “AT1902BT” and then input the password  0000”. When successfully paired, the BT icon will be displayed on the LCD.
Bluetooth Audio
Press the SRC button to switch to BT MUSIC mode. The unit will play songs from your mobile phone. Press the key to pause/play the song. Press the  button to select the next/or previous song.
Disconnect the Bluetooth
While your mobile phone is paired with the unit, if you want to disconnect the Bluetooth in BT MUSIC mode, press and hold the button for 2 seconds to disconnect the Bluetooth. Press and hold the button after disconnecting to manually reconnect.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Before going through the checklist, check the wiring connections. If any of the problems persist after going through the checklist, consult your nearest service dealer.

Symptom Cause Solution
No power. The car ignition switch is not on. If the ACC wire is connected to

the car’s accessory circuit but the engine is not running, switch the ignition key to “ACC”.
The fuse is blown.| Replace the fuse.
No sound.| Volume is low/muted.| Adjust volume to the desired level
The wiring is not properly connected.| Check wiring connection.
The operation keys do not work.| The unit is frozen.| See page 5 “Reset the Unit”.
No/Weak reception| The antenna cable is not connected.| Insert the antenna cable firmly.
The signals are too weak.| Select a different station manually.
The amplified antenna has no power.| Connect the power wire on the antenna.

Please return the unit for a replacement to our National Service Centre or the Retailer from where you made the purchase. All accessories must be included. Proof of purchase date must accompany the products.
AFTER 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE:
Warranty repair and service is carried out by our National Service Centre. Repair and service will be carried out at no cost to the owner if proof of ownership and the date of purchase can be verified to the satisfaction of the authorized center concerned with this repair. This proof should take the form of either:
a) The warranty card accompanying this product, stamped and dated by the dealer.
b) A Tax Invoice or Receipt showing full details of the original vendor, purchaser, model number, and serial number.
COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
A product used in or associated with a commercial application will carry a limited SIX MONTH warranty. An abnormal commercial application is one where usage, dust, vibration, heat/cold, and other environmental conditions exist at an extreme level.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
