Installation Guide: Amazon Fire TV

An Amazon account is required. If you do not have an Amazon account, go to www.amazon.com to create one.
New and existing FOCUS Broadband customers must call Customer Care at 888-367-2862 or visit your local store to register for MergeTV. The FOCUS Broadband Customer Care The representative will assign you a username and password.
If you are setting up your device for the first time, select ‘No Thanks’ when it asks if you’d like to add streaming services. The MergeTV app is not available in this section. You can go back and do this later if desired.
Once you have received your login information, using your Fire TV or Fire TV stick, go to Apps.
Navigate to the category ‘Movies & TV.
Scroll until you find the MergeTV app. select and download it.
Once installed, launch the app from either your home screen or Apps.
Enter the username and password you were assigned by FOCUS Broadband.

Log in to your Amazon account.
Click the drop-down box in front of the search bar and select Prime Video.
Search ‘MergeTV’ in the search bar and select it.
On the right side of the screen, you can select to deliver the opp to your Fire Stick or Fire TV device, or to the cloud to download from your device.
Click ‘Get App’.
Return to your Fire Stick or Fire TV device. If you delivered it directly to your device, you should see it with your Apps. If you sent the device to the cloud, you need to go to Settings, My Account, and Sync Amazon Content.
Launch the app.
Enter the username and password you were assigned by FOCUS Broadband.
