Product Features

This product is a certified device of the “Qi” wireless charging standard.

  • The device to be charged does not need to be connected with a cable as devices, such as smartphones that conform to Qi standards, will charge just by placing them on the product.
  • This product comes with a protective function that stops the power supply to the device when overcurrents are detected. The power supply will resume when the charging device is removed for 5 seconds and placed back on the product.
  • Maximum 10W quick charge is possible (QC 3.0 compatible).
  • This product comes with a foreign matter detection function that stops power supply when it detects foreign matter, such as metal.
  • The LED indicates the power supply status.

Precautions for Use

Back up the memory on the device to be charged before using such a device with this product.

  • Prepare a USB-AC adapter (5V/2A or more recommended) separately.
  • While power is being supplied, this product and the device being charged may become warm, but this is not abnormal. If the temperature rises while power is being supplied, it may stop charging due to the protection function on the charger. Wait until the temperature of the device to be charged has cooled down sufficiently before  supplying power again. • Charging may not work or become unstable if a case with a thickness of more than 4 mm or a metal case is attached.
  • Noise may occur if used near radios or similar.
  • For devices to be charged with a vibration function, the device may fall from the product due to it vibrating, so turn off the vibration function before use.
  • It is not possible to supply power to multiple devices to be charged at the same time.
  • This product is meant for general household use. Do not use it for business purposes or for situations similar to business use.
  • This product is not intended to be used for facilities and equipment involved with human lives, such as medical equipment, nuclear equipment, aerospace equipment,  transport equipment, as well as facilities and equipment that require a high degree of reliability, so do not use this product for such purposes. The company is not responsible for any personal injury or social damage caused by using this product.
  • The company is not liable for any damages caused by using this product.

How to Use

Connect Cable

Prepare a USB-AC adaptor (5V/2A or more recommended) separately.

(1) Connect the USB connector (Type-C) of the included USB cable with the input terminal of the main unit.
(2) Connect the USB connector (Type-A) of the included USB cable with a commercially available USB-AC adapter.
(3) Connect the USB-AC adapter to a household power outlet.
(4) When the power is turned on, the LED on the main unit will light up, and turn off after approximately 1 second.

Any Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. Begin Charging

(1) Place devices to be charged, such as a smartphone, in the power supply area.
(2) When the device begins to charge, the LED lamp on the main unit will light up.
If the LED lamp does not light up, reposition the device and place it in an area that lights up the LED lamp.

  • This product has a power transmission coil, and each device to be charged has a power reception coil built-in; power is supplied from electromagnetic induction generated when the power reception coil comes near the power transmission coil that has received the electrical current.
  • The position in which the power reception coil had been installed in the device to be charged may differ depending on the type of device. Adjust the position in which the device to be charged is placed within the power supply area by turning it upside down and such.
  • This does not guarantee that power will be supplied to all devices.

When Abnormalities are Detected
The LED lamp will blink when abnormalities, such as those outlined below, are detected:

  • The device to be charged is placed outside the power supply area.
  • The device to be charged does not support Qi.
  • Foreign matters such as metal pieces are caught in between the main unit and the device to be charged.
  • If the device to be charged has a case attached, depending on the material and thickness of the case, the device may not charge normally. Remove the case beforehand to charge normally.

How to handle the USB connector

  • Check the status of the charge through the display on the device side.
  • When disconnecting the USB cable, be sure to hold the connector and pull it straight out.

How to View the LED Display

  • The LED display that indicates when the device is fully charged differs by the type and function of each device to be charged.

Issue Solution
The power source for the USB may not be turned on. Check the power connection

of the power supply source, such as securely inserting the USB-AC adapter (sold separately) into the outlet.
The USB connector may be loose or unplugged.| Check to see that the USB cable is properly connected.
A USB cable other than the one included may be in use.| Use the included USB cable.
Power may not be supplied when using a USB-AC adapter that exceeds 5V rated output voltage.| Use equipment with a rated output voltage of 5V.
The device to be charged may not be
compatible with the “Qi” standard.| Check to see if the device is compatible with the “Qi” standard.
The rated output for the power source of the USB may be too low.| Use a USB-AC adapter (sold separately) of 5V/2A or more.
It could be out of the usage temperature range.| Supply power within the operating temperature range.
The device to be charged could be placed outside the power supply area.| Adjust the position of the device to be charged.
Foreign matter such as metal pieces may be caught between the power supply surface and the device to be charged.| Remove the foreign matter and place the device to be charged back on the unit after approximately 5 seconds; the power supply will resume.
Charging may not work or become unstable if a case with a  thickness of more than 4 mm or a metal case is attached.| Remove the case to charge.
If the temperature rises while power is being supplied, it may stop charging due to the protection function on the charger.| Before resuming the power supply, ensure that the device to be charged has sufficiently cooled down.

    This symbol on the product, packaging, and accompanying documentation indicates that this product should not be disposed of with normal household waste. This product shall be taken to the applicable collection point for recycling. If you ever need to throw it away, please contact the shop where you purchased the product or your local authority.
