FEATURES
- Dual probes technology, monitor two different types of meat simultaneously, available for the grill, oven, and smoker.

BUTTON FUNCTION

INSTALLING BATTERIES
- Remove the battery compartment cover located at the bottom of the device by pushing the elastic clasp.
- Installing two AAA batteries according to the polarity sign shown in the battery compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover back in place.
HOW TO USE THE DEVICE
- Take off the protective film on the front panel.
- Turn on the device by pressing the button.
- Plug the probes into the socket of probe1 and probe 2 respectively, the LCD will display the temperature of probe1 and probe 2 immediately.
- Press the button to light the LCD.
- Download and install the APP for free. Search the keyword
‘Tuya Smart’ in Appstore or Google Play, or scan the following QR Code with your phone.

- Turn the blue-tooth switch and Location System of your phone on.
- Long-press the button on the device for 2 seconds until it beeps.
- Launch the APP, click the button at the top right corner to manually add the device, which will be matched automatically and immediately, then follow the instructions to pair and activate the APP.
Once Paired the device with your phone successfully, you don’t need to do it again, unless you change to other phones.
ENJOY YOUR BARBECUE TIME
Choose food type and doneness for the food where each probe is inserted, the APP will display its current and target temperature. See the user interface below for more details.
The user interface of the APP may be changed when update. Please follow the instructions in the APP.
HOW TO USE THE APP
- Setting: Press this button in APP to choose °F or °C as the temperature unit.
- Temperature alarm setting: Log in Tuya Smart APP, press the button to edit the temperature available from -20°C to 300°C (4°F~572°F).
- Time Alarm setting: Press the button to edit the alarm time available from 00 Hour 01 Minute to 23 Hour 59 Minute to trigger alarm reminder when the set time is over.
- Probes setting: Click the displayed ‘Set up the probe’, set up different meats types and temperature, or add needed food types of P1 and P2 separately.
- Temperature curve checking: Press the temperature on the left bottom of the APP to check the trend of cooking temperature.
HOW TO MAKE A COOKING RECORD
- Click the temperature button on the APP, then click P1 or P2 where shows a button of ‘Generate record’ on the top right corner, to start recording the temperature curve.
- Then click the button ‘End record’ to end which will be automatically saved in the ‘Record’.
- To check the record saved, click the button ‘Record’ to review the
History Record or add your Favorite Records as needed.
HOW TO ALARM
When the alarm goes on, your phone will ring and the device will alarm for 60
seconds until it returns to the normal range.
The alarm can be turned off from pressing any buttons on the device or setting
on the APP. After the alarm goes off, the alarm will continue only when the
temperature returns to the normal range and exceeds the alarm temperature
setting.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

Do not disassemble the product, which may cause product damage.

Always wear a heat-resistant glove to touch the probe sensors or wires during or just after cooking. Do not touch with bare
hand. -
Wash the metal probe tips with hot soapy water and dry thoroughly. Do not immerse the product into the water while cleaning.

Clean the product by wiping it with a soft cloth.

Do not drop the product or force it to sudden shock or impact.

The probes are only waterproof for the part of the steel tube, do not immerse the wire or the plug into water.

Do not put it into the dishwasher.
