Warranty instructions
Please keep your warranty card and effective purchase voucher properly, and show them when sending your product for repair. If you fail to provide a warranty card (with dealer s seal stamped) or relevant purchase voucher, the starting date of the warranty period will be the production date on the product.
Service regulations
(1) Consultafon service: For any problem encountered during use, you can call
at 18516985356 for consultation.
(2)Quality assurance service: One year warranty service since the product
selling date can be obtained for failures occurring in normal use conditions.
No warranty service will be provided for any of the following
A:Mic boom wire and signal wire ,and crack of earbud case.caused by non-normal
use of the microphone.
B: Artificial damage to the product (e.g., crash damage, bump damage,
scratch).
C: Repair, or alteration without authorization from the company.
Note: The warranty service does not include transport expense, and no door-to-
door service is provided .
Point for attention
(1) Please wear the product carefully when driving or riding to avoid impact
on driving safety
(2) The specification parameters of the product are subject to change without
notice.
Scope and operating instructions
(1) The microphone can be used on a device that has a USB port such as a
computer.
(2) The wired end or mic part is generally designed on the left, so you should
put the wired end or mic end on your left ear when wearing the product.
