Installation cautions

In order to ensure the correct use of our cutting machine, please follow the instruction of the following signs.

Safety operation

• Misoperation may lead to the injury of personnel. Misoperation may lead to damage of the machine.

• The symbol indicates that users should pay great attention to it.
  The pattern in the triangle indicates the condition should be paid attention to. The left figure shows “be careful of electric shock”

• The symbol indicates the forbidden action, and the pattern in the circle indicates the forbidden action. The left figure shows “Do not disassembly”

• Do not use a power supply that does not conform to the rated voltage.
  Using power supply that dones not conform to regulation can cause fire or electric shock

• The machine can’t infiltrate liquid, fall into metal objects, etc. These objects may lead to fire.

The basic operation of the machine

After started, the machine will display the LOGO interface

1. The icon is Cancel key. During the cutting process, if errors are found or it does not need cutting, the current machining file can be canceled by the Cancel key.
2. Icon is design interface: click to enter the setting menu

SPEED stands for speed: speed needs 4 gears(Gear 1-4) Corresponding speeds (300mm/ s-600mm /S)
FORCE stands for pressure: pressure has 30-90(5 gears). Corresponding to pressure values 150g-450g separately. Normally，when we cut the front film of the mobile phone, we will select gear 1， pressure value 75.
When cutting back the colorful poster,we will select speed of gear 2-3, pressure value 45. Machine factory setting value：speed is gear 1, pressure value i 3. The icon is voice setting.
4. Icon is Backward key, getting back to home screen o f the machine
5.Icon click to enter the cutting coordinate setting.

• Enter the coordinate setting inter-face, the starting cutting position of the tool head can be set by the direction key.
• When the default value X = 190 is displayed on the machine, the cart is at the starting position on the right. After exiting and saving, the machine will default that this position is the place where cutting begins.
• If we have X = 115. The position of the cart moves to the left, in which case the starting cutting position of the knfie holder is in the middle.

Exit and save the current position
Icon clicks it, the machine will return to the default position. Normally, we set the default position of cutting film to X = 190 Y = 0.
Icon This key is used to restore the machine’s factory settings. The operation requires pressing and holding the key for 3 seconds, turning the key into red, and loosening it to restore the factory settings.(Default value of factory settings. Speed gear 1， pressure value 75 coordinate value X=190 Y=0)
4-B： Installation and adjustment of knife holder

The red part of the machine is the knife holder of the engraving knife
The knife holder has 10 gears in total（represented by 123456789AB）,
The bigger the number of knife tip gear, the longer the pro trident knife tip indicating the thicker the material that can be cut. indicating the thicker the material that can be cut.

Machine default knife tip gear position is 5, other gear positions according to different material needs to make corresponding adjustments. For example, take cutting TPU front film as an example, cutting in accordance with the default knife holder gear position 5, speed 1 pressure 75 digital standards, if the material is cut through, then we need to reduce the knife holder gear position to gear 4. Conversely, if the material is not cut through, we need to adjust the knife holder gear position to gear 6.

4-C： Placement of material

Correct clip method√
The wrong clip method may cause that engrave tool and knife holder can not touch material so that the material can not be cut or cut through.

• Step 1
  firstly, knock down the spanner on the back of the machine

• Push the material along the middle of the slot and push it directly to the end to against the baffle.

• The material touches against the baffle at back.

• In the end, raise the spanner so that the material is pressed and the next cutting operation can be carried out.

Software installation and detailed operation of the software

5-A、Installation of software APP
Software APP installation is divided into Android mobile phone and IOS system mobile phone.
Android phones can carry out installation by scanning QR code or searching our software CUT icon in the application market.
The IOS system shall install it through Apple’s App Store. Search CUT application directly to find the icon for installation.

5-B、Registration and use of software
Register and login the software

Firstly， input the device serial number to check if the device serial number is available. After checking successfully， input the email receiving verification code， send out to authenticate email.
At this time, the email will send a serial number, like: 1243.
Then enter the email serial number into the registration interface “email verification code”, you can enter the password to successfully register.
After successful registration, return to the home screen to login to your previous registered email account and password, click”

Select data, send data
Select the required categories. After the successful connection of the machine, the software can select the categories that need to be cut, such as mobile phone front film, mobile phone back film, watches, earphones, and so on.
For example, after clicking on the instruction for the mobile phone front film, then select the type of mobile phone brand.
For example, Apple, Samsung, Huawei, and other brands Click model to enter the next option
After selecting the model, a single mobile phone model of this brand mobile phone will appear under the subdirectory having no model.
Select the specific model of a single mobile phone in accordance with the customer’s own needs. You can also find the needed model directly by mobile phone search and recognition.
After searching characters, the corresponding file model will also appear.
Then select the corresponding mobile phone model to enter the preview interface of data. After entering the mobile phone preview interface, you can see the preview images of the line data to be cut currently. There are vector maps and shapes to be cut as well as model corresponding marks.

5-C、Common questions and solutions
1、Forget account and password, unable to log in to APP

If you forget the account and password, and can not log in， you can click on the” Forgot password” instruction to get your password back through email.

Retrieving steps when forgetting pass -word
1. Enter the email that you have registered
2. After entering, click to send the email, the system will send a serial number verification code to your email.
3. After receiving the verification code, fill it in the corresponding place of the interface.
4. Click on the next step, you will enter the interface of password reset.

Warm Notice (Please properly keep your password.!!!)

There are two situations when Bluetooth can not be connected.
I. Bluetooth of the machine is not turned on. Generally in this case, the power supply of the machine is not turned on.
II. App’s account has been connected to the machine, there is no port, other accounts are unable to connect.

At the place of starting to pairing, click disconnect, and then other mobile phones can log in.

The overall operation of machine

Before the machine starts to cut formally, the above steps need to be completed.
Connect the power supply properly—Turn on power supply—Install took the apron and nicking tool—Place the material and press properly–Then open the APP of mobile phone data — Select data and send to machine for cutting.

1. Connect the power cable and turn on the power supply of the machine. Pressing power switch, the machine will display blue light, after the screen lights up, it will display power-on complete

2. Check the installed engrave knife and placed material

After the knife holder is debugged in accordance with 4-B of the user’s manual
The material can be installed in accordance with Part 4-C of the user’s manual
3. Open APP of the mobile phone, connect the machine. Operate according to the operation method of the APP registration and connection in Chapter 5 of the user’s manual

• The pairing state of software APP “shows a green” indicates that the communication connection between cutting machine and mobile APP is normal, and data can be selected to send.
• Select mobile phone brand
• Select specific model

Send data
The software will indicate successfully sent, the machine will start working to cut.

The machine receives data to cut automatically

• The machine will start cutting according to the path
• After cutting is completed, the machine will withdraw automatically,  and the material and cutting is finished
