23209 Installation Instructions
Kit Includes:
WARNING
- Never use the LED Innovation ™ App while driving and obey all traffic laws.
- This product is intended solely for the purpose of decorative or off-road use. Check laws and/or regulations in your state, county, and/or municipality regarding the installation and use of this product. This product is not DOT Approved.
- Do not install this product or run its wires near any moving parts. Keep all wires and lighting units away from excessively hot areas.
- 12 Volt use only. Product designed to draw up to 2.8 Amps.
BEFORE INSTALLATION
Download the App, connect to Bluetooth® and test your LED strip lights. Make sure you read the instructions carefully.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Begin by laying out your new truck bed lighting kit. Place your LED pods where you’d like to install them. Insert the trailer plug into your trailer socket to make sure you have enough cable length.
- Next, select a mounting location for the control box while making sure you leave enough wire to reach both the LED pods and the trailer socket. Install your control box using the included two-sided 3M tape and screws. Before installing screws, pre-drill a 1/16″ hole.
- To install your LED pods, clean the surface thoroughly with alcohol and allow them to dry before installation. Next, remove the liner on the rectangular 3M tape strips and secure it to the LED pods. Then remove the liner on the other side of the 3M tape strips and stick your LED pods in position. To fully secure the LED pods, you may use the included screws. Before installing screws, pre-drill a 1/16″ hole.
- Tuck and secure all wires using the included cable ties.
- Start your vehicle. Open the LED INNOV APP and connect to the “EXT HUB” 1 channel system. The phone must be within Bluetooth range (approximately 30 feet from the control box).
- You have now successfully installed your new LED lighting and are ready to customize it using the LED INNOV APP.

We guarantee this product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If a defect in material or workmanship occurs, call Custom Accessories customer service at 800-962-6676 for instructions on how to have it replaced or repaired free of charge.

PROVIDED FOR ANY/ALL REPLACED OR REPAIRED ITEMS.
This guarantee does not cover normal damage to the product that is not the
result of a defect in materials or workmanship such as, for example, normal
wear and tear or damage resulting from an accident. Shipment of any product
back to Custom Accessories is at the consumer’s expense.
Custom Accessories Inc. limits its liability only to the replacement of its
products, not incidental or consequential damages to other property. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights and you may also have
other rights which vary from state to state.
