Before device installation, check whether the parts in the package are
complete.

Installation Method
The box supports a. top and b. bottom placemen. For better user experience, a.
top placement is recommended.
Remote Control
Open the battery compartment of the remote control, install two AAA batteries, and close the battery compartment cover.
Bluetooth pairing
After turning it on, place the remote control within 0.39in of the device.
Long press and at the same time. Release the keys after the indicator flashes.
Release the“Connect successfully: the beep sounds keys after the indicator
flashes.

- Use our exclusive power adapter to prevent damage to important parts on the motherboard due to overcurrent and other reasons;
- Do not try to disassemble the product by yourself. Maintenance shall be carried out only by our authorized staff.
Troubleshooting
No display after power on?
Confirm your device is connected to the TV well and set the correct HDMI Input
from your TV configuration.
TV has images but no sound?
Make sure your TV is not in mute and low volume.
Fail to connect to the network?
Make sure the Ethernet cable is properly connected. Make sure Wi-Fi is
functional and your box has a strong enough signal from your router.
Remote control failure?
Replace the battery of the remote control with a new one, and make sure it is
placed in the correct polarity.
Make sure the remote control is within the range of the TV box.
Go to the Setting menu to unpair and re-pair the remote control.
How to deal with the video lag?
Try to switch to Hardware Decoding or System Decoding.
